On October 14, 2009 at approximately 9:54 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police were on routine patrol in the area of Naylor St. and Church St. and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by the below listed suspect for traffic violations. Upon initial contact with the suspect, the suspect attempted to flee the area on foot. The suspect was detained and gave the officers a fictitious name. Once the officers obtained the suspect’s true name, the suspect was found to be wanted on four (4) outstanding arrest warrants.

On October 16, 2009 at approximately 11:13 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police arrested the below listed suspect on an outstanding warrant for a robbery and theft that occurred on June 27 of this year. On that date the single juvenile victim was approached by the suspect at the Dover St. Playground. The suspect assaulted the victim and took the victims portable MP3 player and the victim’s bicycle.

ARRESTED: Richard Erick Morse, 2nd, 19 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES:
Robbery
Second degree assault
Theft (under $ 500)
Reckless endangerment
Conspiracy to commit robbery

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking 200900022547

On October 16, 2009 at approximately 12:20 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police arrested the below listed suspect on an outstanding arrest warrant for an assault that occurred in November of 2008. On that date the victim became involved in an argument with the suspect who was a family member. The argument involved a malicious destruction of property and several telephone calls. The argument escalated into a physical altercation and resulted in the suspect spraying the victim with her personal mace.

ARRESTED: Dekiah Michelle Cole, 25 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES:
Second degree assault
Telephone misuse
Malicious destruction of property

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200900036857

On October 17, 2009 at approximately 6:15 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the area of the food court at the Centre at Salisbury for the report of a disorderly subject. Upon arrival the officers met with Centre security who pointed out the suspect who was consuming alcohol and acting in a disorderly fashion. The suspect refused the officers requests to leave the Centre and was taken into custody. As he was taken into custody the suspect assaulted the two (2) arresting officers.

ARRESTED: Michael Andrew Hodges, 35 years of age Hebron, Maryland

CHARGES:
Second degree assault (2 counts)
Disorderly conduct
Failure to obey a lawful order

Anything on the bank robbers in Salisbury yet???
