On Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009, 1-4 PM, The Friends of Poplar Hill Mansion will host a Holiday Open House. Step back in time at beautiful Poplar Hill Mansion, enjoy holiday decorations by the Four Season’s Garden Club, refreshments, and good friends. Admission is free. Share the spirit of the season by making a donation of nonperishable food to our food pantry for Joseph House.
Poplar Hill Mansion is Salisbury’s oldest home built in the Federal Style, 1795-1805. The Friends of Poplar Hill Mansion is a 501 (c) (3), dedicated to the preservation of this fine home.
Join us for free tours, the first and third Sunday of each month. Private tours and special candlelight tours are available for a small fee by reservation.
