Mapp was released from the hospital and arrested on charges of disregarding a police officer’s signal, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, consumption of a non-narcotic, resisting arrest, driving under the influence, aggressive driving, and numerous other traffic charges.

Mapp was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute, after failing to post $2,890 secured bond.

This is the same turd who attempted to STAB/KILL MTA officer last year in Maryland. He fled the scene that time and was apprehended months later after eluding police. Before that he fled from MD State Police and the drug task force during a raid several years ago, and crashed that car as well. Not to mention all the other crap that is on his rap sheet. Check him out. Our judicial system has failed us AGAIN!!! And then to boot they put him in on a measily $2,890.00 bond. What kinda crap is that. Guess he will have to kill someone before he is held. Suprised he hasn't already, I mean he attempted to kill an officer but that doesn't count I guess. This is a career criminal and a menace to society. He is one violent person that will kill if given a chance. WAKE THE F UP PEOPLE!!!
