My friend Eric is taking a HUGE step forward in life by opening his very own Barber Shop on the Downtown Plaza. He's hoping to swing his doors within the next two weeks or so. Eric does a fantastic job cutting hair and does so for only $12.00. He promisses he'll continue the trend right here in Downtown Salisbury.

Thanks but Im diggin my pony-tail, mid crises sh!t I quess. Good Luck.
Those two windows are nice, maybe you could display local artist works or pics and have a little added draw, just a thought. That or dancin girls/ladies.
Hey Eric! Best of luck to you. I will be sending my husband to see you on a regular basis. I would very much like to see the plaza thriving with businesses besides law and insurance offices!!!!
Dude you have to get one of those old barber shop pole lights, I dont know what they are called but it would be cool.
lol!9:47 that would be interesting... but i would like to be a family friendly shop. good idea though. ive already got all my ducks in a row to start ordering everything i need for a cool barbershop including the lighted, spinning barber pole. i cant wait!

That is fantastic, you should do an open house on one of the third Fridays.
the downtown area isn't going to bring people randomly by! need to be off of 13 on an actual traveled road.
Eric's work is so good (and well priced) that word of mouth will bring in customers. Maybe when they are done with their hair cuts they will spend a little money at the other downtown stores.
Good Luck Eric
I hope he makes you pay up front so you don't pull the old..I have to go get my wallett trick and leave him without paying
I wish they would take away the parking meters like Easton did. 3 hour free parking, and every space is filled. Downtown there is B-U-S-Y!
Hi Eric and I wish you the best of luck! I had an idea that I wanted to toss out to you. How about a free haircut to those who qualify. To qualify, their hair would have to be long enough to donate to Locks of Love for Cancer patients and many others who don't have Cancer but lost their hair due to an illness. I don't know what you would have to do to be able to sign up with the program but am sure you can find out what you would need to do. It's a great cause and you may get extra business from it once people realize that they are doing a good thing. Hopefully, you will at least get a tip and still get some money for your work.
Just an idea to all reading..don't shoot the messenger...lol
Lot's of luck,
Cindy
Ireton how about getting rid of the meters downtown. Enough is enough already. People never will make it on the plaza or anywhere downtown if you keep those stupid meters in place. Try doing what Easton did.
The locks of love idea is great! I have done it twice and when I went to get my pony tail cut each place that I visited did not charge me.
Those of us at EXiT Shore Realty, also on the beautiful and historic downtown plaza, WELCOME YOU and wish you ALL the BEST!
Each empty space on the plaza that gets filled with a new business is exciting for all of us already there!
Again, Welcome, Eric!
thanks again for everyones support! im really excited about this move and hope it all works out for the best! thanks again!
