It has been reported that Colonel Kimball was arrested for assaulting, (choking) a female inmate at least 1/2 his size. We all remember the Post we did a while back about their having a video proving this happened. Well, an arrest warrant was issued after a Grand Jury viewed the evidence and Kimball was arrested.
As for the WCDC Correctional Officer Tamara James, it too has been reported that she was right back to work 2 days after her arrest.
Now, to ALL of the employees at WCDC. I have been informed that some of you are scared to make a comment here because of DDD Lawsuit against me. I want to make myself VERY CLEAR to each and every one of you. Chief Webster has tried, Barrie Tilghman has tried and now DDD is attempting to do the exact same thing, THEY WANT MY SOURCES. You have my word, right here and now, I will NEVER give up a source and I have a reputation for keeping ANY of my sources away from the authorities. Just ask Sheriff Lewis or Davis Ruark. While I respect their position, unless I feel someones life is in danger, I give up NOTHING! I have spent more than $40,000.00 in legal fees defending YOUR right to YOUR freedom of speech.
You may comment away but all I ask of you is to refrain from defaming someone along the way. You don't have to be nasty to make your point. Don't give them a reason to demand anyones name and believe me, you have my word I'll NEVER give it up. Oh, also remember. If YOU screw up, it will be reported, like Tamara. Isn't choking someone considered attempted murder/manslaughter? Especially if there's a tape to prove it, he should not be on the job until everything is sorted out.
Geez, police are put on administrative leave if they have to fire their weapon to defend their own life, yet this guy assults/chokes a prisoner & is back at work in a matter of hours. People WAKE UP!!

Devenyns and Rosalind needs to be indicted for covering up. They both knew Kimball beat the crop out of that female inmate and did nothing. Mr.Pollitt the County is facing budget deficit if you have the Wicomico County Taxpayers interest at heart please fire Mr Kimball and ask for the resignation of the Director and Deputy Director immediately you will save the taxpayers of this county over a 1/4 million dollar. Devenyns reign of terror has everyone looking over their shoulders, he brought Kimball to consolidate it. Now his reign is falling appart, Kimball's arrest is only the begining. Thanks to Joe for give the WCDC employees a place to voice our opinions without the fear of retaliation.
The way Devenyns,Roberts and Kimball play with peoples life's is terrible, and everything over powertrips,arrogance and over inflate egos.
