If no one understands why Maryland is not growing it may be that so many people are leaving. Seniors do not get a break here in Maryland.
Second, the taxes are high for everyone in the State of Maryland.
Business and Industry is not encouraged though tax breaks, so, why would Maryland grow?
Growth is dependent upon many things, jobs, business, industry, tax base, affordability, personal and real estate taxes, schools, transportation, entertainment, accessibility. And Maryland is not doing well in many of those categories.
cant blame em who in the heck wants to move in a tax and spend state like Maryland.
