You got to be pretty hard up to be stealing from dollar general.

The picture was so clear in the PNC bank robbery that hopefully, a lot of "future" criminals saw it and will leave that bank alone! It may now be the safest bank to use in Salisbury especially if the outside cameras are just as good as the ones inside.
And I know, this is probably wishful thinking on my part.

anon 8:30. The criminals will wear dark hooded sweat shirts and cover their face. Unlike this quack.

I would like to know why petty theft from retail stores makes the press releases but armed robberies in residential areas don't.

Maybe the PD doesn't want to tell us about their FAILURES? Maybe if dispatch would actually send officers out instead of asking inane questions, the armed robbers could have been caught!

if you people only knew some of the stuff that ive heard on the scanner that never made the news,...you would only fear for your safety in this town even more. crime is a major problem, so where is all the help on the way? the fire department gets all the money so we have a deficency of police officers. why is that? how many fires are there really? they like to sound the alarm for no reason so if there is a real emergency , ... nobody will know because it goes of 19 times a day.

12:14 don't pick on the fire departments. Your house maybe on fire one day and you will need them. I understand there are few bad apples in Salisbury from reading things on this blog.
