Incident: Drug Seizure
Date of Incident: 1 July 2009
Location: County Road in Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Marc Judson Curry, 42 Years of Age, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On July 1, 2009
, at approximately 1440 hours, a Wicomico County Sheriff’s Deputy was working traffic enforcement on a county road here in Wicomico County. The deputy stopped a 1999 Cadillac for speeding 53 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone, and for a seatbelt violation.

He remains incarcerated in the WCDC in lieu of $500,000.00 Bond.

Seized from the unemployed driver was $ 1,800.00 in United States Currency as well as his 1999 Cadillac which was just purchased in May 2009. The vehicle, still displaying Maryland temporary tags was paid for in cash. Preliminary investigation has revealed the cocaine was being delivered to the Salisbury area from Laurel, Delaware.

Here's what "I" want to know. I want to know what DEALER sold him the vehicle and if by law they reported the CASH PURCHASE?

Anonymous said...

Host of indicaters, lawyers will have a field day with that.

As someone who works for a dealer in MD, we only have to report cash sales on vehicles if it is over $10,000.00. In actuality, we have to report ANY cash sales over $10,000.00 to the same person.
There is a special form we have to fill out for the reporting.
Our bank, has to do paperwork on anything we do involving over $5,000.00 in cash from one person.
And NO, we didn't sell this guy a vehicle.

Mike Lewis has the WCSO on top of their game. Mike Lewis is the man.

11:50 they may have a field day with that. The point is this dick head was trafficking narcotics into our county. The sad part is you are right the liberal courts and people like you on juries is why the country is in the shitter today. Thugs murdering innocent store clerks. Robbing another twenty scarring thier lives forever.

If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it is a duck. If you do not want to be viewed as a dope dealer then dont be one. Call it what you want but good cops sense evil and dishonesty. It comes from years of dealing with lawyers.

So let me get this right. I respond to your house. There is a guy in your back yard. Eyes protruding, visual jugular pulse, very nervous. He is just standing in your yard. Do I pat him down or do I say, hey this is just a warning get out of this yard and do not come back.

This is a senario faced daily. I will pat the guy down. It protects you and me. If then evidence of a crime is located. Then he gets locked up. If they are innocent they go on thier way. The world is a safer place.

Imagine if all cops just blew off human behavior as an indicator. This is what we do for a living. You stick to writing liberal post. Let those that fear no evil do the job.

Someone better tell these losers that our Sheriff isn't going to put up with this crap in Wicomico County.

Sir you have heavily mis-judged me. I hate hard drugs more than you will ever know. I was trying to make the point that the lawyers will try the unlawful search trick. I am not a liberal, if I had to classify myself I would say I am republican left. You my friend would be calling the coroner for a man like that in my back yard. Only fools fear no evil, you dont have a fkn clue what I am, what Ive done and where I got to. My approach to these types of people would make you shutter.

Mike Lewis had nothing to do with the arrest, KUDOS TO THE OFFICERS.

Mike Lewis has made the WCSO what it is today. Yes kudos to the officer, but they are learning from the best in the country. That's all I'm saying no disrespect was meant.

Mike is a great boss but these guys were kicking ass along time ago. The media love affair with Hunter was long over with. So Yea Mike is a great guy and a hard charger. These Deputies were kicking ass with less to work with. The point is give the Sheriff's Office credit. There are over 100 people doing a common objective.

If R.C. stopped that car it is only because he smelled Tinks 69 on it.

R.C. for Sheriff of Shartown

1:02 I hear ya. Bla Bla Bla. The guys that have been in the shit dont have to tell a soul where they have been. I may have been wrong about your post it was very basic.

As for me shuttering the last time that happend I was in El Salvador and ate some bad latino food. The shuttering started when I felt like my guts were coming outta my. Well you get the picture.

As for fearing evil that will never happen. Val Halla my friend.

I went to school with this guy!!! I would say I cant believe this, but......I also worked at the jail years ago and he frequented us then. What a waste. He came from a great family who , rest assured, didnt teach him any of this.

As a reminder to the pseudo-"conservatives" psoting, there is nothing liberal/left about believing in The Constitution and Bill of Rights. I am not defending the guy, but real Americans do believe in things like lawful searches and police and prosecutors following certain procedure. There is a lot of evidence ( compiled primarily by "right wing" think tanks, writers, etc) of widespread police corruption, the trampling of rights, increasingly antagonistic militarization of law enforcement, etc. We real conservatives believe int the rights of individuals, not the state. You big government "conservatives" would be good for a laugh, if the erosion of our liberties were funny. it is also well-known that several points made here are exagerated and probably menaingless. I have never sold or used an illegal durg ( unlike most hypocrites who think drug possession is worse than murder and sexual assault). I have had over $1800 cash on me while being unemployed ( savings, unemployment benefits) and I have bought all my cars cash/cash equivalent ( not a big fan of debt). I also know that if the police give a dollar amount for drugs it is usually inflated several times. I saw something on the news the other day where a guy had $3 million of drugs in a small backpack-right. I would advise that no one use drugs or sell them, but that doesn't change the real facts of enforcement. Most violence and social damaage involved in drugs is directly related to the "War" on drugs. Many well known and respected cnservatives ( or anyone with the aility to reason rather than react hysterically) know what I'm talking about.

hey 12:30....BLABLABLABLA and you can have $3 million worth of dope in a back pack. Heroin sells for $100 for a 1/2 gram (and thats after its been "cut" several times).. Do the math on that. Hint...28 grams in an ounce, 16 ounces in a pound, 2.2 pounds in a Kilo...
