News coverage of a Duke University official accused of raping his adopted 5-year-old son and offering the child to someone else is apparently lacking what some say is a key piece of information: the fact the alleged perpetrator is a homosexual who lives with another "gay" man.
Frank Lombard, associate director of the Health Inequalities Program at the university's Center for Health Policy, was arrested last Wednesday in Raleigh, N.C., for attempting to induce someone to cross state lines to engage in sex with the child, who is black.
The arrest affidavit goes into graphic detail of Lombard's alleged actions, including alleged performance of oral sex with the child in front of a webcam, and sodomizing the boy with his finger and tongue. It also prominently cites the fact that Lombard is a homosexual living with another "gay" man.
In his online profile, Lombard reportedly describes himself as "perv dad for fun.
"But days after the case broke, there have been few, if any, mentions in news stories that Lombard is part of a homosexual couple raising children.
In reports by the Associated Press, CNN and ABC News, for instance, the "gay" factor is never brought up.
A Lexis-Nexis news database search by WND using search terms "Frank Lombard" and "homosexual" or "gay" resulted in just four results, none of which were any major media.

Okay, and how many pedophiles in general have been discovered to be straight, married and raising children? I can assure you, there are more in that situation than there are gays. As for the men who molested me as a child (2) and the one that tried to rape me as an adult, they were all straight males. I don't like gay bashing. I can't believe the majority of these comments are about defending the gay way of life instead of defending that poor child who was used and abused by a homosexual who prefers sex in the Hersey Highway no matter what the age.

Gay doesn't = pedophile. The reason that his position at the university is being plastered all over these articles is because teachers are supposed to be people our children should be safe with. Teachers are TRUSTED INDIVIDUALS. Just the same as if he were a doctor who molested his adopted child.
There are people who say that pedophiles were born that way. There are people out there who campaign for their rights to have a "consentual relationship" with children as long as their parents agree that it's ok. The reason saying "I was born gay" & "I was born a pedophile" are not the same is b/c GAY PEOPLE DO NOT HURT CHILDREN. They engage in sex with willing partners who HAPPEN to be the same sex - not children who are unable to fight them off or understand someone is taking advantage of them!!
I personally do feel that pedophilia IS a sexual orientation - just like being gay. Unfortunately their sexual orientation destroys people. The most precious people the earth has. This is the reason that I think ALL pedophiles should be put to death or at least confined in a jail until they die.
AND - I'm a little upset that you though it was important to mention that the child is black. I know someone who has adopted 5 black children. I guess she picked them to molest them...
