On July 22, 2009 at approximately 11:13 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Sears Department Store at the Centre at Salisbury for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival the officers met with store security who advised that store employees had observed the below listed suspect take electronics from the store without making payment. The property was recovered and returned to the store.
ARRESTED: Kathy Paulette Palmer, 49 years of age Seaford, Delaware
CHARGES: Theft (under $ 500)
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200900025654
On July 22, 2009 at approximately 11:49 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Walmart Store on North Salisbury Boulevard for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival the officers met with store security who advised that the below listed suspect had been observed taking cosmetics from the store without making payment. The property was recovered from the suspect. A search of the suspect, incident to arrest, revealed a bag of suspected marijuana in her pants pocket.
ARREST: Tatum Nicole Wolford, 22 years of age Milton, Delaware

Possession of marijuana
Possession of cds/paraphernalia
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200900025667
On July 22, 2009 at approximately 3:07 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Walmart on North Salisbury Boulevard for the report of three (3) shoplifters. Upon arrival, officers met with a store employee who advised that the below listed suspects had been observed by employees taking items from the store without making any attempts at payment. The suspects then fled from the store. Officers located the suspects in the area of U.S. Rt. 13 and Carroll St. and the suspects were positively identified. The property was recovered and returned to the store.

On July 22, 2009 at approximately 5:20 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Sears Department Store at the Centre at Salisbury for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival the officers met with store employees who advised that the below listed suspect had been observed taking clothing from the store without making payment. The clothing was recovered and returned to the store.
ARRESTED: Diane Marie Coby, 51 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES: Theft (under $ 500)
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200900025716
