If a Nationalised Health Care system is passed then you will see a two tier system, or actually three tier. Politicians, federal government employees and union members will continue to enjoy free top of the line health care with no waiting. Those who still have some money will pay directly for health care to the most experienced and best health care providers with little wait, fee for service. The rest of the country, including the 12 million illegal immigrants and probably their families will use public health care , the average wait in Cananda and UK is about 6 months. The health care providers will be the most inexperienced and substandard. There will be no reason to strive for innovation or breakthroughs in medicine. Most socialised health care countries borrow our technology now. The middle class will endure another tax hike called a surtax. The projected tax rate will be over 51% for those earning over 200,000. Thanks all of you trendy hip and cool people who voted in this administration, you have killed our country.

Well, if you look at George Bush's approval data (Rasmusen...which is the data you are referring to) for the last two years of his presidency the highest he ever got was -16% and he finally bottomed out at -31%. Are you saying Obama is on his way to being hated as much as Bush? He still has a ways to go for that to happen.
