I don't care if he is a cop or not. Living with the knowledge and pictures in your head of killing someone in a car accident is going to be rough for him, the rest of his life. This is not to say he should not take responsibility for his actions. Being a cop does not make you superhuman.

What actions should he be responsible for?! The way I read the article, the 17 year old was at fault! You must be one of those tree huggers who thinks the cops are always at fault. This man was OFF DUTY in HIS OWN VEHICLE, OPERATING WITHIN THE LAW and you still want to bring in the fact that he is an officer and try to cast blame on him. I hope karma bites you and bites you bad along with 3:17 who has no idea what they are talking about.
3:17 there is no way you know him because if you did you would never say anything bad about him. I have know Mosher for approx 9 years and have never heard anyone say a single bad word about him.
