Because the Daily Times doesn't go to print until tomorrow and as usual, even though they had their decision before they left the building yesterday, there's no way the GOB is going to put out the information before the Daily Times has a better chance at this being old news and revive it again in their print edition tomorrow morning.
They have been playing this game for years and politicians continue to fall for their crap. HELLO, they have a Website! Tilghman is still running the City of Salisbury and they're still running the Daily Times. Get on with it Wilber and Pick and quit doing a has been newspaper favors.

If Pick does that by the time Salisbury's finest place judgement on him he'll wish he got the job in Iowa. Obviously they did plenty of research to count him out as a posibble selection for another job he couldn't handle.
Pick the Prick? What could Pick actually know to influence the decision of the board? Why even have an ethics board when they need the help of someone that needs an ethics investigation himself?
