MISSING PERSON
Name: Angela Michelle Walker
DOB: January 24, 1970
Hair: Blonde Eyes: Blue Height: 5’06” Weight: 145 lbs.

The Salisbury Police Department is currently investigating the disappearance of Angela Michelle Walker who was last seen on May 26, 2009 at approximately 10:50 pm. Walker decided to walk to T’s Market, located on N. Salisbury Boulevard, for cigarettes. Walker did not return and has not been seen or heard from since leaving that night.

Walker was last seen wearing a pink/blue/yellow tank top, light blue denim shorts and sneakers with “M” on side. Walker has a long scar on her arm and tattoos on each arm.

Keith Lamonte Chaney, 20yoa of Salisbury was arrested on June 4, 2009 in the area of Waverly Dr and Newton St. An officer on patrol in the area recognized Chaney from previous contacts and believed that he was wanted. The officer was informed that Chaney was in fact wanted by the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding Circuit Court Bench Warrant. A search of Chaney incident to arrest, a quantity of suspected marihuana was found on his person. Chaney was charged with Possession of Marihuana and Possession of Paraphernalia. Constance Tarika Waters, 25yoa of Salisbury was arrested on June 3, 2009 for Assault 1st and 2nd, Reckless Endangerment, and Malicious Destruction of Property. Officers were dispatched to the parking lot of Emory Court for an assault with a knife in progress. Waters fled from the area prior to the arrival of officers in a vehicle. A description of the vehicle was relayed to the officers and Waters was stopped in the area of Mt Hermon Rd and Cedar Dr. It was learned from the victim that she and Waters had a verbal altercation in which Waters produced a knife and threatened the victim. In addition, Waters punctured the tire on the victim’s vehicle with the knife. Waters was released to the custody of Central Booking. 200900019303

Nathan McNeil Long, 42yoa of Salisbury was arrested on June 4, 2009 on an outstanding arrest warrant for Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, Assault 1st & 2nd, Dangerous Weapon with Intent to Injure, Reckless Endangerment, and False Imprisonment. On June 2, 2009, Officers responded to the 600 block of Fitzwater St in reference to an assault. Officers met with the victim who advised that she was involved in an argument with Long the day before. Long then got a hammer and pushed the victim onto the bed and started to choke the victim. Long also struck the victim with the hammer and struck the victim several times in the face with a closed fist. The victim attempted to get away from Long. However, Long threatened the victim again and told the victim that she wasn’t going anywhere. The victim was able to escape later in the evening when Long was distracted. Long was released to the custody of Central Booking. 200900019109

Daryl Michael McCoy, 20yoa of Newark, Delaware was arrested for Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Possession with Intent to Distribute in a School Zone, Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Marihuana. Officers of the Special Enforcement Team were working in a covert capacity on June 4, 2009 in the 400 block of Camden Ave. McCoy approached one of the officers and sold a quantity of suspected cocaine to the officer. McCoy was stopped several minutes later and arrested. A search of McCoy incident to the arrest, a quantity of suspected marihuana was also discovered. McCoy was released to the custody of Central Booking. 200900019416
