This was the look on Lynn Cathcarts face the other day in the Ethics Board Meeting after Councilwoman Terry Cohen blew the Board away with her testimony. There wasn't a lawyer on the entire East Coast that could have represented Terry any better than she did on her own.
Lynn Cathcart, aka, "Mrs. Grinch" was devastated to the point she didn't even wait for Terry to finish when she got up and walked out of the meeting. Lynn is clearly the inside representative for Barrie Tilghman, Chief Webster, Gary Comegys, Mike Dunn and Jonathan Taylor. She was the ONLY person in the room representing the "other side."
While we await the Press Release from the City, we ALL know the charges were bogus and there's absolutely no way they'll find in favor of Jon Taylor, or shall we say Lynn Cathcart, Barrie Tilghman, Chief Webster, Gary Comegys and Mike Dunn?
After the Chief's stunt he pulled on me two days ago demanding I take a Post down as it could jeopardize the life of a Police Officer, there's no question in my mind that this group will do anything to help this man keep his job.
It's always cool to capture that "Kodak Moment."

Looks like there won't be any streets named after Cathcart. Awwwww po lil puppet. The mayor should change the name of the collector road to C & C Collector Road, forget Tighlman.
Lore doesn't look very happy either. Guess she is still upset over not getting that $8000.00 increase in pay.
Which Post did the Chief try to demand you to remove? I read all of your Post and Comments. I didn't read anything that would danger the life of a Police Officier. Yes, there are times you put up a Post that shows SPD aren't doing their job BUT it doesn't endanger their well being. Does he get bent out of shape (dumb question!) over those Post?

Lynn is just being used like Taylor. I bet if something happened to her son inlaw in the line of duty while working for SPD she'd be the first to want to fire Webster. Well the last person.
Jim should at least take chiefy's drive home vehicle, he doesn't need it for police work.

Yes, Ms. Chambers job isn't needed at city hall. She was just the "fall guy" for mayor BPT anyway. Jim you don't need her, so send her on her way!!!
