So far, Bush ends up as our worst president ever, and Obama has the highest approval rating of any president ever at the time of inauguration.

Do you honestly think that Obama had no idea what he was doing when voting "present"??? If Obama had voted on all these occasions, he'd still be just another state senator from Chicago. Politics is a realm where tactics still matter.
He voted "present" because he is a coward and doesn't have the ba((s to stand for what he believes in, therefore voting in a "safe" manner. God forbid one of his votes be used against him later! What a joke!
This characteristic is also evident in his personal records, what is he hiding, who is he associated with? We don't know, we sure knew the dirty laundry of every other President. Anyone that hides thier life is a fraud.

What this shows is that EVERYONE, both Democrats and Republicans want the same thing. We aready knew that! What is different is how we get there! We all want peace and prosperity!
As for the present votes, they made up a little over 3% of the total votes Obama made.
I'd suggest you guys stick with facts if you want to make points. Not just pull bits and pieces out of context.

I think you have miss interpreded those percentiles. He only voted a position 3 % of the time. The rest were "present".
