Steal $500,000.00 From Wicomico County & Only Get 9 Months In Jail

SOUNDS LIKE A DEAL TO ME! Paul Tomaszewski will go to jail this Friday to serve 9 months.

I'm told the States Attorneys Office wants the BIG FISH and aren't overly concerned about such a light sentence.

What happened to the money? Do they get it back?

As a tax payer , he was stealing from me. 9 years would be more like it!! They all knew what was going on , they were aware of every
detail in the theft. Big fish ,
what's the difference.

Hes probably still got to take the stand for the state against Ray. Hes a rat. I in no way condone what they have done, but you take YOUR punishment like a man. No-body likes a RAT.

LOL people in the police report that get caught with weed get more time than this ass clown.

Lie to the State of Maryland, give a wimpy plea, and get off with probation!"

Could it be he will get state charges against him as well?

Or are they just paying this Rat $500K to testify.

Guess the old saying is true. Steal $20 and get 20 years steal 20 Million and get 20 days.

Davis Ruark needs to GO!!!!

The BIG FISH and the LITTLE FISH were both adults and knew right from wrong. They both were swimming in the same fish bowl, therefore there should be no deal.
I will go to jail too for 9 months if you pay me $492000.00. This is complete bullshit. I hope Davis Ruark goes down! He made sure people who did more time for drinking and driving and then his dumb ass went out of his territory and got caught drinking and driving.(He calles the Mike Lewis taxi to get him from jail.. lol) You gotta love Wicomico County!

This is bullshit! You can get 5 years for smoking pot!

How many days does Davis Ruark have left? We all know how many Barrie has!

You know, everybody could call to get their septic tanks pumped and then cancel the check to retrieve some of their tax money back.(Im not suggesting anyone listen to me, listen to yourselves).

You know, I thought I'd allow these comments through attacking Davis Ruark and in my opinion it's more than likely ONE person making comments over and over.

That being said, since when does Davis Ruark have ANYTHING to do with sentencing? This person is so desperate to attack Davis Ruark they'll say anything to make him look bad.

Man up and use your name if you want to continue attacking someone.

I doubt this guy got the big bucks out of this deal, which is why they made a deal with him to get the one who did.

As for him being a "rat," I have no problem with a lowly "rat" squealing on the "big cheese" that engineered and benefited the most from stealing MY money!

Ray Lewis will get the maximum sentence. He thought up the deal and benefited most from the stolen goods. The others were incidental.

So how many here think that Ray Lewis will get a day in jail I dont...I then heard that the Guy that was in charge of all this mess the guy from Pakastain is now running a show for the State of Del....Goes to show u crime does pay.....

Procecutors are asked and usually recommend a sentence to the judge. It would be interesting to know what sentence was requested in this case. If Ruark requested a light sentence, I would say that was wrong. On the other hand if he requested a harsh sentence and the judge didn't agree, then we could blame the judge.

Barrie Tilghman set Davis up on that bust, of this I have no doubt. It's her or one of her flunkies posting about Davis as well. She of all people should not be throwing stones. It's not Davis Ruark that wants to shred all the records of the city, or should I say shred all the evidence?

you can not get 5 years for pot, its 1 year &/or $1000, poss w/intent to distribute pot is 5 years
