sounds like a drug deal gone bad! walking down the street with a jag of cash!!
that guy is a known drug user and seller
looks like a star for a modern day deliverance flick.
is that guy related to bubba comagees? quite a resemblance I must say....
Scary.
I was thinking the same thing, an envelope with a large amount of money?
He's innocent. i wish the sheriff's department would take a closer look at the "victim" because his lies are seriously affecting others lives. it's also interesting that the victim asked to drop the charges yet the sheriff's department still took this to press (glad to see wicomico county following innocent until proven guilty so thoroughly). why would the victim ask to drop the charges even before the accused is questioned?? ... maybe because the truth will be revealed and that it's simply idiotic that the police were called. cruel intentions by the caller.
Absolutely. If the Salisbury police want law abiding citizens, they themselves are going to have to respect and abide by the rules as well. You're right. The "victim" is not a victim at all. Who carries a large amount of cash in an envelope? I'll tell you who... a drug dealer. The "victim" and the accused are both shady, but why is only one person being charged with ridiculous crimes while the other is still on the street selling drugs? In my opinion, Mr. Patton gave the Salisbury police an opening to catch one of the town's biggest dealers. Too bad they can't take an envelope full of cash as a hint. And why would the "victim" want to drop the charges before Mr. Patton was even questioned? Because he doesn't want the police coming to his house and finding his marijuana crop. Take a hint, Wicomico County Sheriff's Department. It takes two to tango.
