No person should be held responsible for misdeeds commited by others. We should vote for what we believe is the right direction that this country needs to move in. I don't care about his pastor, I don't care about his father getting a white girl pregnant and leaving her, cause no one says anything about all the countless other mothers that are treated the same on a daily basis. Obama's whole platform is a lie. That is why I won’t vote for him. It is not because he is black and surrounds himself around radicals who hate this country; it is simply because I think he is a liar and has misled the public.
He accepted money from the people that got us into this financial crisis. The Republicans wanted to regulate the sub-prime business and it was shot down by the Dems. Then he makes it seem like it was the Bush Administration’s deregulation policies that caused it. Then he says that he wants to protect jobs here at home. How is that possible? If you increase the tax on these businesses' what makes you think they are going to want to stay in this country? It seems like common sense to me. Now I agree that Obama will try to create new jobs. These jobs will be government jobs that the legal citizens will pay for. Also, if companies decide to stay local, all they will do is inflate their prices which will mean their tax increase will be passed down to the middle class. His health care proposal is off the wall too. The reason our health care premiums are so unaffordable is because we treat anyone who comes into the hospitals, American or not. Who is going to pay for the people that can’t afford to pay? The answer is the government. How are they going to get that money? The answer is us. Do you still honestly believe that Obama will not raise taxes? Are you that simple minded?
These are just some of the policies that have scared me away from Obama. I’m not saying that McCain is the answer to all are issues, but I am a realist and do not believe Obama has the first idea how to fix any of them. That has nothing to do with his past either, his ideas are terrible. There is a fundamental difference between the two candidates in this election and I refuse to vote for Socialism.

As far as I can See, It looks like the President doesn't have all that much power. He can't do anything without someone else's approval. So I don't know what policies he would have that could make our life easier nor harder.

Isn't it interesting that all during this campaign we have heard NO one mention the Illegals and what they plan to do about them. All the money they take from us is a part of our problem. They tie up our courts with every kind of problem so that all cases take forever to get tried . The jails are full and the schools are soo overcrowded it is disgusting. Hospitals are in terrible shape financially due to illegals. They drain our financial system dramatically yet it is not mentioned. The fence was approved but they have no money to finish buidling that. Am I missing something here? They can come and get medical help and get an education just like all the other people that have no money. But remember, Obammama is going to share the wealth.
