The quote is a bit wrong.
Actually, the quote isn't wrong, but goes on to say

So does this apply to this "election"? No, the process has been followed. BUT, what this is more likely refering to is where "Congress" took it upon themselves to vote in the "Bail-Out" and totally ignor what the American People clearly wanted.
"Taxation WITHOUT representation!"
it is our DUTY, not just our right!
