How much money has the civic center wasted or lost. If the LCB lost money you wouldn't care. You, Stevie, and Joe just want your own store so you can make the profit, instead of the county. Just admit it. Joe Holloway used to all the time. Told everyone he could that he wanted a liquor store.

You keep throwing out all these ridiculous statements and numbers The same thing about a watch, etc. I got a $500 bonus when a restaurant I worked for for nine months was sold. It's wealth envy. You're just like liberals. "They have a better job than me, wa wa!"
You really are looking like the boy who cried wolf. Maybe you 3 could make a pledge to never own a liquor store in the county, or be associated with ownership of one, and you might be a little more believable.
They are also shoving their own pet charity's down the throats of the taxpayers. We all have our own charity's and it should be up to the citizens to decide where to contribute. Not some renagade board run amuck with abuse of power.
All of a sudden they are under heavy scrutiny and they are projecting record revenues for this year? Do they think that will buy them the no accountabilty they really want with no oversight? Well, what happened to all that money since 1940?

Joe sold his Parsonsburg store to Indians (not American Indians), so maybe he will back them in a private liquor store. Stevie is tight with the guy who owns Cheers. Plus she has her hubby's money. Maybe Bartovich needs a tax write off. As to money since 1940, has there ever been a year when the WCLCB did not give money to the county?? Just asking!!
6:17 you have to be a fool if you truly believe either one of the three are interested in a liquor store. Two of them were elected to protect the taxpayers money and that is exactly what they are attempting to do.
I've asked this many many times. What can the everyday tax payer do about problems like this? Who do we contact? What is the process to get this changed? I have yet to recieve an answer.

You really are the queen of Red Herrings. There is no evidence that Holloway, Prettyman or myself want any interest in retail liquor sales.
What is even sadder is your desire to use private sector examples. The dispensary is a government entity. That money they are throwing away is the taxpayers' money.
You folks over at the dispensary just don't get it.
Mardela, the special prosecutor needs to be notified and let him investigate this situation.
To G. A. Harrison, If the dispensary ever goes private, see who will be first in line for a license. Maybe they will hired some of the WCLCB employees!!
Let's turn it over to the free markets. It worked on Wall Street, no Gov't regulation needed here either.
Who is checking up on the liquor board? Why do they have a choice in certain matters while the people do not? The liquor board determines something and does not provide any explanation. It seems as if they can do what they want whether it is just or not and no one will stop them. Something is wrong here and personally I feel that many of the board members and their affiliates are extremely unprofessional in their practices.
