It was a very bad year
look who runs this state , it certainly isnt Bush. This state is run totaly by democrats and even a 1.5 billion dollar tax increase isnt enough money for these tax and spend idiots. Until all politicians realize that we cannot spend more than we take in we will be in financial chaos
