GO HERE to see the actual ad for this property being FOR SALE!

Now, that being said, ANY of my properties are FOR SALE as well. If someone wants to come along and offer me $8,900,000.00 for 300 W. Main Street, I'd sell it in a New York Second! This does NOT mean that this facility has been sold. The Owner clearly states that this is NOT the case. My guess would be he's friends with the listing Agents and IF they could sell it for this kind of money. GO FOR IT! In the mean time, they're not going anywhere and everyone can continue to enjoy business as usual at this location. To those Vendors spreading the rumor that is has been sold, YOU'RE WRONG.

Calling this class B space is generous. This seems more like Warehouse to me.

First order of business for the new owner should be to paint that ugly ass yellow roof.

considering that the town wants no part of getting this property hooked up to central sewer it will never sell, the current sewer on site will not hold any other type of business and will never be hooked up to town services. well i say never but what i mean is cheap as bill and his son will never spend the money to get it hooked up at their cost and the city will never do it at their cost either. there was a sire plan and survey work done in 2006 to have a McDonald's put on the pad site north of the building and they backed out die to the lack of services, ie sewer...

What a cheap A$$ , you got to spend money to make it BILL..

remember if you are hooked to city services then you become part of the city and city taxes and other rules....and FEES!!!!

The Town is actually going to extend water and sewer to the corner of 13 and 9 because of the Royal Farms expansion...hint, hint, Mr. Bill's...get on board and then ask for $10 million!!!
