A Glutton For Punishment

Taken last night around 7:00 P:M.

This morning I went past the Gordy Mart at Nanticoke Road and it was like a Ghost Town. What amazed me was that they kept their Kratovil sign up near the Mall Station. Oh well, I guess they haven't has as many complaints at that Station verses the others. Either way, they're losing business period.

Must have been poor timing at the station by the mall. No station can be full every hour of the day. That station by the mall is by far the busiest station in Salisbury.

I wonder how long the mall station will stay busy after Joe exposes the Kratovil sign day after day?

Why do you care?

Personally I could care less if Gordy has the Ratovil signs or not, its his business and he can do as he pleases. However just as he has the right to put the signs up I as a consumer have the right to buy my gas elsewhere as I have done since the sign went up. I had been spending an average of $200.00 a month which now goes elsewhere.

I'm not shopping there any more. Thanks for the heads up.

Does anyone know what stations support Harris?

For months I have been going by there anywhere from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Please don't try to suggest I'm not being fair because I have been. Some have claimed I sit there waiting for an opportunity to catch them when its slow, again, not true. I take these shots from the roas as I drive by. Just so you know.

I refuse to buy gas from any Exxon station, period. I don't care whose signs a gas station posts; it could be my name, I don't care. After posting obscene quarterly profits and still refusing to pay for the damage done by the Valdez, I have boycotted Exxon altogether.

That being said, I think any business ownwer has the right to post any political signs they want. It's their business, their property, and no one has the right to demand that they also post signs for their candidate's opponents, or take any signs down.

Plus, I hear from very reliable sources that Gordy is a jerk, arrogant and full of himself. Another reason to stay away.

Granny:

While I agree with you, the point "I" have been trying to make is that it is a stupid business decision to make as more people support Andy Harris and could and have become offended that this busiuness would support someone with absolutely no experience.

Many people have chosen NOT to buy their gas at Gordy Marts because of such arrogance.
