On 09/21/08 Officers responded to Walmart to assist Loss Prevention staff and a Wicomico County Sheriff’s Deputy with a shoplifter being detained. Upon arrival officers learned that the below listed individual had removed numerous items from the display rack in Walmart and exited the store. Once outside, LP staff attempted to detain the individual when the subject pulled a razor knife on them and attempted to leave the area. The subject was subdued and charged accordingly.
