Family Needs Help After Fire

"WMDT Report:
Fire broke out at an apartment building in Salisbury this morning.

The fire was in a single apartment on Moss Hill Lane, and the residents were evacuated.
There were no injuries and the fire was quickly put under control.
Officials say the fire appears to be accidental.

The fire was at Brookridge 2 off of Moss Hill Lane, the family has lost everything, they have a 3 yr. old and an 8 yr. old, this family needs the community's help! Please Help! They are very Thankful for the very little they have already received, it is unfortunate for something like this to happen to such hard working nice people! If anything else Please Pray for this family! GOD Bless

Do they primarily need clothing items right now? Also, if you know their sizes (and sizes of the adults) I'm sure alot of people would be willing to help.

Could we drop off donations at the sbynews office?

Yes, you can drop off the donations @ sbynews if it is OK with Joe.
They primarily need, clothing items, comforters to sleep on till they get some beds, food items, pots, pans, etc., ect.The boys are sizes 4T, the other boy is 16-18 husky, Mom is 20-22 woman's, and dad is lrg shirts pants 34 W 34L.

This community is great, neighbors local business such as Johnny's Whecher Whistle have agreed to place change jars in there establishments. Thanks to our local businesses and to the community.

Yes, THANK GOD FOR the American Red Cross. They were very Prompt, and very Kind. I listened to them, talking with the family, they counseled them very well through there time of tragedy.
