It's time for Cannon and Pollitt to fully disclose their participation in this secret tax scam.
This makes lots of great points.
When I spoke with Mike Goodson initially about this project I was all for supporting the rate increase. THEN I found out Barrie Tilghman had her hands in it and started paying closer attention. I have since withdrawn my support and will hold out until all of the facts are laid out, plainly and concisely. If, both councils approve this increase, I will immediately cancel Comcast and install a satellite dish for TV programming and switch to DSL for my internet connection.

Some things never change in Wicomico. Cannon has to know that he is the same as the rest of the council with the exception that he is responsible for setting the agenda and running the meetings. The unfortunate thing is that the word PRESIDENT goes to all of those who are elected as president and they think they are the "MAN". Wrong!.
Your analysis of this provocation for mayhem at PAC-14 is very well stated G.A. I believe something smells again afoot and do want to hear more real facts. Besides, where Pretl is involved you have to be suspect.

Factual evidence indicates that Pretl was not "present at the creation" of this secret conspiracy to tax the public. That's not to say that this master opportunist isn't involved now as part of the "starting team" to scam the public along with Phil (tax & spend) Tilghman. It looks like Barrie and Ricky are among the initail co-conspirators, along with RINO John Cannon and Louise (the weasel) Smith.
