Since when has the City ever boosted the economic & development in the City without it being at the cost of the Taxpayers? If they sold the Marina it would still serve the Public just as well, probably better the more I think about it. Last year and the year before, I believe the City gave back almost $35,000.00 a year because the company operating the Marina lost money!

Has anyone considered leasing the marina on a trial basis, to see if private enterprise could do better than is now obviously being done?
