As I know that you yourself has had problem at the Burger King on the north end of Salisbury, I had my own bad experience at the Burger King on the south end of town.
My son and I went to the Burger King on Rt.13 near Collage Ave around 11:30 for lunch today. We walked in and my son wanted the #7 Chicken Fries and requested the new Smoke House Burger. Well when the order came out and we sat down. I started to open the wrappers and noticed that the #7 that my son ordered was really a BK Double Cheeseburger.
I walked back up to the counter and told the gentleman that he gave us the wrong food, he said to bring the sandwich back up and he would bring out the chicken fries when they were cooked. Well I did just that, I gave him back the cheeseburger that I already opened and he simply re wrapped it in the same wrapper and put it back on the warming shelf for the next customer.
As we waited to my sons food to cook we noticed the gentleman walking around on a cell phone talking and laughing to whom ever he was on the phone with. He then walked somewhere for about 5 mins and I saw my sons lunch come up and a guy in the back just boxed it up and sat it on the warming tray. A few minutes later the cook and another female employee started looking at me and whispering back and fourth. They yelled through the eating area if I was waiting on the chicken fries and I replied yes. They just sat them on the counter and I had to get up and get them.
As I was leaving the guy that waited on us in the first place came back out from and was still talking on his cell phone and even waiting on customers as seen in the photos I snapped with my cell phone. The man never even offered to give me the difference in the cost of the #7 value meal $5.99 and the Chicken Fries $4.69.
At one time you can see 2 employees on their cell phones at the same time.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. LETS SEE IF THE OWNER GETS WIND OF THIS AND FIXES THE PROBLEM?

the only fast food place i will eat at is taste-freeze. its fast food and against my norm, but like the enviroment, the food is fresh and hot, and they have ice cream which is aleays nice. i believe it is second or third generation locally owned family controlled. some of the ladies working in there have been doing so for a long time. bottom line is their very curtious and the food taste great.

That place needs to be shut down. I have no desire to waste my hard earned money on a place that employees lazy, worthless homeboys that don't know what the meaning of a days work is. There is no such thing as fast food. The places are always dirty and loaded with flies. Is there anything the health departmen can do about these disease infested flies.
I went to the McDonalds in WalMart North for a drink and the place was infested with flies. I asked the what was up with the doo doo flies and her response was "we be spraying them all day." Spraying with what? Is it legal to spray chemicals around food to kill flies?
i got ide tea from the Burger King on Rt.50 a few years back and when i slurped it through the straw before i left i sucked up the sludge that forms in those tanks when they havent been cleaned and the ice tea has sat for a period of time and solidified. i was able to spit it out and showed the drive through worker and asked for something else to drink. i later called the store and reported it to the supervisor who responded "okay". i have not returned since and will not. what else can you expect from fast food.
I will never step foot into one of those places again. The only place that I see decent service and food is Chik-fil-a. Couple years ago wife and I were at Lowes and stopped at that Burger King to get a drink and fries for the ride home. The drive in took forever and when we got to the window we saw why-The "employees" were bunched together laughing and talking on a cell phone and ignoring customers like this wasn't a business.
When they came to the window I asked for the manager(who was one of the group yucking it up) and told him how poor a place it was and that we would never be back and he just stood there looking stupid, and asked me if we still wanted our order?? What a joke.
Needless to say I will never go back.
Mostly all are the same way, only exception is Chix Fil A.
It's the staffing problems.
No one cares about the quality of the work they do.
ever wonder why chick fil a is ALWAYS on top of their game? and you never wait, or feel put out, or whatever... wonder why? check the employee demographics.
OMG..this is way too funny! Most fast food places are like this. Now, if you crave good greasy food with exceptional service....Go to Johnny's Sub and Sundae Shop...food is great and the staff is pleasant!
I agree with cruggly, The tastee freeze has always been run first class and has first class help, ChickFilA isn't bad. I have always had great service there. McDs around here are the pitts, as well as BK, Wendys, Popeyes and all the rest. McDs in Pocomoke is the absolute worst I have ever been to. They have so many lazy employees that they can't even get out of each others way.
WHY DONT YOU ASK, Who is the manager? I know who use to be the manager and he ran his families business in the ground.
So, find out who hte manager is, and that will answer your question.
I can tell you that this getnlemans family owned a sub shop near the old Olipahant Car Sales.
CALL THE KING! HIS DUM ASS IS ON TV EVERY NITE ON THE COMMERICAL , OH HELL HE CAN'T TALK SORRY!
We have had horrible experiences at BK North and South, MCD's and Arbey's I have simply sworn off fast food. The sad thing is we have lived here over 20 years and have to the N. BK 3 times and all the rest mentioned only once.
For less money you can go to Zia's and get a great salad, a bowl of soup and sinful breadsticks that are made fresh right then.
Zia's is the best deal in town, and the service is always top notch.

PEOPLE PEOPLE, You all seem to forget that the Wicomico County Health Dept. has not been keeping up on their inspections in the area. While other city's posted their inspections of fast food and food restaurants on the web, and all scores are posted and from what area. Example Dead Rodent found, not remove from site. How many times they have to return, or when the food restaurant was closed and for what. Wicomico County Health Dept. needs to start doing a post on this information, with a hot line to report problems about an area restaurant. This might start an action of not catering to certain restaurant in the area. And when they start seeing the money not coming in, they may asked their self, we need to think outside the BOX.

Wymzie, I and many others quit eating at Zia's not long after they opened. The short stumpy owners were rude and had the personality of a door knob. I will never eat there again as long as they are the owners.
I had a run in with a female at a local cooking establishment on a professional basis and she was quite rude and snobby. Very unprofession for a representative from the Wicomico County Health Department.
I THINK CELL PHONES SHOULD BE BANNED IN THE WORKPLACE. PERIOD. I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMEONE TO YACK ON THE PHONE, HOLDING IT IN ONE HAND MEANS ONLY HALF OF THE WORK CAN GET DONE. I HIRED BOTH HANDS NOT JUST ONE. SO THEIR PAY CHECK SHOULD BE CUT IN HALF.
just yesterday i was @ thte rt 50 burger king, the gentleman took my order by the time i got to the window they didn't have it in the computor then i gave him the amount he asked for and then he started to talk to another worker and then put MY MONEY IN HIS POCKET.
i was shocked then the young lady asked what i was waiting for .....
Chik Fil-A for the win. Seriously, folks-- you won't get that level of service, in such a clean environment anywhere else in this town. If it's fast food you're craving, CFA is the way to go.

look, it's like this: you eat carelessly, therefore you more than likely live carelessly and deserve every miserably-consumed morsel of constant disappointment made possible by horrible "food" made even worse by the pissed off people employed there who hate their jobs at these so-called restaurants.
