The Plan

The plan

A.. Back off and let those men who want to marry men, marry men.

B.. Allow those women who want to marry women, marry women.

C.. Allow those folks who want to abort their babies, abort their babies.

D.. In three generations, there will be no Democrats.

Don't you love it when a plan comes together?

Joe, your genius continues to escape me. Under your theory, if we left things alone in Rome a few centuries ago, then we wouldn't have to worry about how ugly the ceiling is in the Cistine Chapel.

Maybe we will get real lucky and Dan has one of these life styles.I would hate to see his genes being passed on.

So you're saying that only gays and irresponsible people are Democrats. I resent that!

Joe,

Allowing comments like those from 8:35 is irresponsible. As I have stated here on several occasions, I am a big boy and can take care of myself, but unwarranted attacks from anonymous girls are hard to defend against. And do nothing to foster any adult discussion, (though this whole post goes against the "unbiased" nature of what you attempt at times.)

8:35 - I am sorry that your dress is on too tight this morning. Plus, too late on the gene front: two kids with one on the way. Adding in my wife, that is 5 liberal votes you will have to deal with over the next 18 years or so.

Make sure to bring this up at your next cross-burning.

Dan, you dish it out at times, learn how to take it.

Republicans are in the minority in Maryland and in the United States, so this next election does not look good for you. Hopefully, intolerant attitudes towards gay people are also representative of the minority of the population--in fact, polls show that to be true. So hang on desperately to your intolerance, folks, your children are already rebelling against it. The next generation that takes power will view homophobia with the same revulsion most people view racism, and your antiquated attitudes will die along with you. "With liberty, and justice for all" are not hollow words.

Yea FF, I bet you were a big Michael Steele supporter in o6.You like most democrats talk the talk in public but when you are behind closed doors the real truth comes out. The last thing the democrat party wants is for any minority to feel good about themselves or this country. When if they do they becomes republicans.Your party has done a masterful job keeping them on the plantation!

Joe,

I have no problem taking it at all, and yes, I dish it out when warranted. My only problem is the anonymity of the attacks. Plus (in this instance) it was the anonymous commenter that brought me into this debate. It is the blindsided/unwarranted/anonymous nature of it all that always disturbs me.

Maybe I should be flattered that I am always in the mind of him/her and the like, but if you want to debate me on an issue, bring it on and lets have some fun and get educated in the process.

Perhaps 8:35 feels threatened by me somehow. I don't know. Whatever the case, thanks for the thoughts, and I am glad I can provide something in his/her life.

I would like to add another point about FF great democrat party. Maybe FF has blinders on and failed to look at the exit polls of white democrat voters. They overwhelming voted for your white candidate. Seems like anonymous 11.46 has hit the nail on the head when comes to the minority loving democrat party.

People who argue that you should vote for Michael Steele BECAUSE he is black are actually the racists! Why would I, a liberal Democrat, vote for Michael Steele? Duh! That makes no sense whatsoever. I would not expect a true conservative to vote for Obama, and I would not vote for a far right conservative if they were white, black, female, gay, straight, or even my mother! It is perfectly legitimate to vote for people who share your own political values and ideals--I have complete respect for people who believe that the republican candidates better represent their own views. They don't match mine, so let's have a fair election based on the actual policies of the candidates, not their skin color, their middle name, or the absolute nonsense that keeps circulating on the internet.

My compliments for the best plan I have ever seen.

People... it was just a joke. Relax please.

I find that people of various ideologies that lash out against those that ridicule them are in fact insecure in their beliefs. Perhaps it's true that there is some truth in humor? Is a sore spot getting exposed and lashing out in anger is the defense mechanism?

Fire away at jokes aimed at my belief systems all you want and I'll laugh right along with you. Because I know who I am and what I stand for. I'm not threatened by alternative points of view- humorous or otherwise.

People need to LIGHTEN UP!!!

Perhaps you haven't been paying attention to the presidential race for the past 18 months. There's this fellow "Barack Obama" you might want to read up on.
