While the President of the County Council, (John Cannon) says hello to Louise Smith, she was obviously looking elsewhere, similar to Citizens who confront her at Council Meetings.

Joe you know that you tend not to look at people when you've got a lot to hide. Guess that's the very reason she looks away all the time, cause she is ashamed of herself for all the lies and deceit of the public. Both during her campaign and ever since she got in office.

Louise is always looking down at the table at the Council meetings--unlike Cohen and Campbell who are always looking straight at the speakers. Louise is a wannabe only--not the real deal.
