These numbers certainly don't back up the "vibrant renaissance" that Mayor Barrie pontificates is occuring at this very moment in lovely Saisbury. Has anyone noticed the abundant FOR SALE signs everywhere? Does anyone have a number of how many houses are for sales in Wicomico county and the city? How did they justify giving TIFS and illogical annexations into the city?
Couple comments, first how much more did we pay in tax dollars to have some government idiot tell us what we already know?(the economy is in deep s***) Secondly, they are expecting this huge influx from sales tax that was just raised 1%, to be spent from a tax rebate!, talk about a circle jerk. It would show them more if that money was spent in Delaware.
cant we make omalley give us those raises back that he gave his self and his buddies?
I wonder how many homes in the Bury are already going through foreclosure? They are real deals for landlords, they can get them very cheap. I'm sure landlords could give a rats ass, they probably wish there were more people about to lose their homes.
Landlords are worse than used car salesman.
