A Salisbury News Exclusive

Meet your new Zoo Director Joel M. Hamilton, 48 formerly from Rhode Island. I welcomed him to Salisbury yesterday and wished him luck on the new job. He looks like a nice guy, he's got my support.

Joel had his own Zoo Exhibit Design Company before coming to Salisbury. There must not be many Zoo's out there expanding or doing a complete make over.

OH WAIT, who am I kidding? Even though the rest of the United States is experiencing a DEPRESSION, Salisbury wants to move forward with a $36,000,000.00 Master Plan. So why not hire your own internal designer and do it for less, right?

Well, that would mean it would also make more sense to fire Paul Wilber and hire an internal Attorney to work directly for the City, right? You could then get rid of Lore' Chambers and let John Pick do what he was hired to do anyway.

Oh well, when you guys figure it all out, let me know, OK? In the mean time, welcome Joel and again, best of luck to you.

GREAT IDEA! An attorney whose job is to represent only the people of SBY and not the firm of Webb Burnett. I hope someone important comes up with this idea also, so that it would be seriously considered.
Do we think Mr. Wilber can afford to lose SBY as a client at this time?

Is there any way you can check to see if Paul Wilber represents any townhome associations? It seems to me at one time he was handling the Tamarac Village
association. If so, I am sure he was getting paid to do that. Maybe he no longer handles those small accounts anymore.

Is Paul Wilber's new house in the city of Salisbury??? Does the city own Schumaker Pond??? If the city owns the pond, it seems reasonable that they would also incorporate the adjacent land into the city, does it not?
