That's almost as funny as the time I googled "Piece Of Shit" and her name came up heheheee
People always did like to watch clowns. They are funny and silly and give pleasure to audiences. The mayor already has the looks so she's a natural- no makeup or wig needed. They say she is hillarious when she has a few drinks and can slur her words and walk/waddle like a duck. Nice entertainment if she was only under the big tent.

It's funny, but very sad. Salisbury is getting a bad reputation, crime, corruption, idiots in high positions. Sad.
We feel sorry for Mayor Barry Tilghman. She has been elected to do a job that she has great difficulty with. I think we should hire a mentor that can work along -side Barry to encourage her and direct her actions so that the public will view her as a positive influence on Salisbury. We shouldn't get upset with anyone who doesn't know any better for lack of training or ability.A retired successful mayor from another city would be the logical choice for the mentor. I think Barry would like this idea and save her job as well as allow her to leave office with the respect of all.
