Discussion – proposed revision to §SC7-27, Transfer of Funds

Now they want to make changes to this provision in the charter. I can't imagine why they'd want to make these changes now. They didn't want to change it when the mayor transferred money without anyone's signature or consent.

ANON 9:42 has this right on target. Probable reason to change the "Transfer of Funds" section of the charter, is so the mayor can send our dollars anywhere she wishes without council approval.
Better watch this one closely! She wired more than $16,000 to an attorney several years ago without council approval or signature.

She's on a drunk'n rampage and her monkeys are wounded and scorned. She's gunna rape the taxpayers and there is nothing you can do about it...to scared to even sign the recall. Can the council take a vote if 2 members arent present?
That would be your only hope!I wouldnt be surprised if she added another 15 or 20% tax hike before she's gone. Live and learn....

yes the council can take a vote without 2 present. When those 2 are present they are always outvoted anyway, what's the difference if they are there or not. The puppets will do the bidding of their lord and master, Darth Barrieous
