Something To Ponder

When a public official abridges another's Constitutional Rights (including that of free speech), that official stands PERSONALLY as to liability, that Official is not cloaked in immunity as to his official position.

COMMENTARY -

Cockroaches, Public Officials Share Common Traits By June Maxam

SANDUSKY, OHIO----Public officials and cockroaches have a lot in common. Neither like having a spotlight shown on them .Cockroaches like to hide, engaging in their destruction in the dark, unobserved, undisturbed.

Much like those public officials who engage in official misconduct and wrong doing. The key to eradicating cockroaches is shining the light on them, exposing them and eliminating them.

So..........following that to its logical conclusion, Louise, if she abridges our Constitutional rights to free speech under First/Fourteenth Amendments, is personally liable?

Cool beans...weren't our Founding Fathers so smart to envision that we would have to have some protection decades later from Barrie and Louise!

Well now you just cost the city another $165+ depending on how many house Wilbur spends on this issue. They'll have him working OT to get around the constitution.

No, Anon 10:23, Louise would stand naked (figuratively speaking, of course) on her own if she acts to abridge our Constitutional rights of free speech--Wilber should not be involved in this; Louise should be talking to whomever is her own lawyer. If Louise does this, it's all on her dime--that's the point. She's on slippery slope for sure if she keeps this crap up.

So....let'er rip, Louise, but you've been warned. Does that mean that if we prevailed we could live in her condo? Always liked that location.

Barrie = la cucaracha

Si!

Louise has only to contact the public official in Caroline County who found out the hard way: he trampled on citizen's Constitutional right and was slammed $$$$$$$ in personal liability. This goes for Barrie, too. Heads up, you guys. Louise, we'll be watching you very carefully and don't forget also that IT'S ALL ON OFFICIAL PAC14 VIDEO TAPE. Louise, if you gavel or silence citizens inappropriately, it's all on you.

Anon 1040 said "--Wilber should not be involved in this"

Just like he shouldn't have represented the slumlords in their lawsuit against the city? If ever there was a conflict of interest this has got to be the all time greatest that anyone has gotten away with.

There's a resource to be accessed with regard to that:
Attorney Grievance Commission. Step up to the plate.
