Another Soldier Comes Homes Tomorrow

The American Legion, VFW and “We Care About Wicomico County” continue
their welcoming of Salisbury-area military personnel returning home for
Christmas and hope you will help them – the next one is due to arrive at
the Airport this Thursday, 12/20/07, at 12:45 p.m.

PLEASE, take a few minutes out of your day to join the group at the
Airport on Thursday, it only takes a short time but means so much to the
returning servicemen and women and their families. These are our own
Hometown Heroes.

The group already has the banners and flags for you, all they need is you
to show up for a few minutes!

They're coming home for Christmas!!
This really gets you in the holiday spirit. You can see the pure joy in their faces.

I'll be working today, however I did get at least two more people that want to help by just mentioning what we did last Saturday. If we can get that mushroom effect getting more and more people involved that would be great.

I made sure to inform them that it wasn't just a holiday thing it's a year round event.

Mr. Chaney: It's citizens like you who keep the rest of us going!
Many thanks.
