Now who is paying for all this special water? I sure hope its not us tax payerts. And Bayboy may be right - that's probably not water? But if it is, it's for mixing with other chemicals.

Yup, she was hemming and hauling when I asked that question didn't she?

Then at a city council work session I peeked behind the curtain.... and we saw that Culligan water.....Man~!

Bwaaaa to get busted out right lying in public she is a humiliation to out city.

I get water delivered to my work every month and have never paid a cent, And I dont work in the GOB

To be hauling this much water in, Barrie must know something bad about the quality of the City water supply that we citizens don't know!

I thought she was in a snit about the soda products--what's her beef?

That was the point of my question. I wanted to know after reading the Water Quality Report, if the water was so good why did taxpayers have to pay for bottled water?
