Things you just won't read in the Daily Times. NOT that it's their fault. The Mayor is getting very slick by posting these things on a board downstairs in the GOB in the hopes it won't get any attention. We're checking into the legalities of doing this and their not posting it in the Newspaper.

Oh Barrie, Were You Trying To Hide This Too? Shame On You!

That's exactly why they do it during the daytime, they have too much to hide. No different from the Salisbury Zoo holding their monthly meetings at 1:00 every third Wednesday of the month. They don't want ANYONE participating or learning just how many animals died that month.
