Reagan's Run Development

More living proof that the County Council is a NEW County Council willing to listen and participate. Citizens were correct when they clearly stated, "we learned a lot here today." This came after the Council decided they were not going to let the citizens make any comment at this past meeting and once citizen made it very clear that none of them had been notified about the meeting held that day.

One citizen stated, since you never sent us a letter, we may not have been here to listen to all this testimony and it would be a shame on the Council's behalf because the citizens had learned so much.

Mr. Sharma asked the Council a good three times if they'd like him to handle it differently from here on out and inform the citizens to attend these meetings, (work sessions) before the Council Meeting. Mr. Cannon finally agreed it was the right thing to do.

Mike Dunn should be handcuffed to a chair every time the County Council meets. He could learn a thing or two, that's for sure.

It should be noted, take a good look at the photos in the first picture above. They plan on a community septic system for this development, yet it's constantly flooded with standing water. There's no place for the sewage to drain, literally. This is NOT the place you want to set up as a pilot example for something new like a community system! Then again, I'm confident the Council will shoot this one down.
