Actually, Randy outsmarted the Police. By parking OVER the painted curbing, the Police couldn't figure out that it's actually illegal to park there.

I'd like to know if it's even legal for someone to park in a pedestrian walkway. I have a walk in front of my house and I've had the police at the front door telling me to get my truck off the sidewalk.
