Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX) and his loser twin brother Julian, a 2020 Democratic presidential candidate, are unapologetic over the former posting a list that pretty much targets Trump donors. Rep. Castro posted a list of those who have given the maximum to the Trump campaign because, apparently, he thinks that freedom of association and free speech are problematic…unless you support the Democrats. It’s not doxxing per se, but it does invite harassment. It narrows the search for the left-wing lynch mobs, which even MSNBC couldn’t defend. Sen. Patty Murray asserted on her Twitter account that the true cause of mass shootings are not people who have mental health issues but rather firearms.
Murray tweeted this week in the aftermath of the mass shootings that occurred in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, within 24 hours of each other.

Fla. GOP Holding Voter Registration at Gun Show
Just a week after two mass shootings left 31 people dead in Texas and Ohio, the Republican Party of Florida is planning two voter registration drives at a gun show, the Tampa Bay Times is reporting.
Emails were sent out Thursday asking for volunteers to help sign up voters at the Pembroke Pines, Florida, gun show Saturday and Sunday. Pembroke Pines is about 30-minutes south of Parkland, where 17 people were murdered in a school shooting last year.
"This is a great opportunity to engage the community and promote the values that make this country strong, prosperous, safe, and great!" the email said, according to the newspaper.
Republican Party chairman Joe Gruters said they did not consider canceling or postponing the voter registration effort, according to the newspaper.

Sanctuary State Likely to Free Illegal Alien Accused of Killing Father of Two
As Breitbart News has chronicled, Jose Rodriguez, a 27-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, is accused of running a red light on June 22 in the sanctuary state of Illinois, causing him to hit and kill 39-year-old Corey Cottrell, who was riding his motorcycle at the time and was on his way to see his mother, Kathy.
Rodriguez was ordered deported six years ago but never left the U.S. At the time of the crash, prosecutors say the illegal alien fled the scene and turned himself in the following day.

Kennedy first broke the news that McLean County Judge Scott Drazewski lowered Rodriguez’s bail from $1,000,000 to $100,000 on Thursday despite prosecutors and the Cottrell family begging that the illegal alien remain locked up to ensure he not is deported before he is convicted of killing Corey.
Rodriguez has already met the $100,000 bail requirement and thus is likely to be released from local custody within the next 48 hours and should he be immediately arrested by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), he is expected to be deported — evading charges in Corey’s death.

The man disconnected the call, and when deputies arrived at the house, they sent a robot mounted camera inside.
Both the man and his wife were found dead by gunshot wounds. Detectives are investigating it as a likely murder-suicide.

Narrative: During the last several months, the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team working in conjunction with the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division and the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office’s Criminal Enforcement Team, conducted an investigation into the illegal sales of narcotics from a home in the 1600 block of Mount Hermon Road, Salisbury, MD.
In the past week alone, Wicomico County has experienced the losses of at least three residents to opioid-related fatal overdoses. Several others have overdosed and been successfully revived with Naloxone, a life-saving narcotic designed to reverse the effects of opioids.
On August 9th, 2019, the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team (SERT) executed a search and seizure warrant at the residence. Members of the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team and the Criminal Investigation Division, conducted a search of the residence. Lamont Marvin Smith and Dwight Leroy Woods were located inside of the residence. A search of the residence in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Search and Seizure Warrant revealed the following items:
- 141 grams of heroin
- 96 individual bags of heroin
- 20.93 grams of crack cocaine packaged in 85 individual bags
- 1.03 grams of cocaine
- Digital scales
- $8,194 in U.S. Currency
- Seventeen rounds of .40 caliber handgun ammunition
- Twelve Alprazolam Schedule 4 Pills
- Other items of evidentiary value
The primary mission of the Community Action Team (CAT) is to assist the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division (CID). The Community Action Team is also tasked with handling nuisance issues within Wicomico County, which includes the investigation of street-level sales and possession of controlled dangerous substances. The result of this investigation is a great example of two community crime reduction teams working in cohesion to make the neighborhoods of Wicomico County safe.

Baltimore Sun Attacks Trump Supporter Who Organized Massive City Clean Up
Last week, Townhall covered MAGA supporter Scott Presler's call to action in Baltimore by inviting "Americans to help Americans" and go clean up neighborhoods in Charm City. Presler at first kept secret when the event would occur for fear of retaliation from the far-left like Antifa. But, on Saturday, Presler and 100 other citizens from all over the country traveled to West Baltimore for the massive trash clean up. By all measures, it was hugely successful. However, on Monday, the Baltimore Sun's editorial board ran an op-ed, trashing Presler and his group saying they only did the event to embarrass Baltimore and its residents.
The op-ed was snarkily titled, "We assume it was pure motives that led a Trump supporter to launch a cleanup in Cummings’ district, right?"

Even as evidence mounts of the health problems associated with marijuana, New York has insisted on joining other greedy states scrambling to legalize this deceptively dangerous drug.
It makes no sense at a time when American youth is suffering from an unprecedented mental health crisis.
And, in all honesty, we cannot rule out a connection between increasing marijuana use, mental illness and the recent spate of mass shootings by disturbed young males.
We don’t yet know much about the mental state or drug use of the El Paso or Dayton killers. But a former girlfriend of Dayton killer Connor Betts, 24, has indicated he was mentally ill, and two of his friends interviewed by reporters this week mentioned his previous drug use.
Just last year, the Parents Opposed to Pot lobby group tried to sound the alarm on the link between marijuana and mass shootings, compiling a list of mass killers it claims were heavy users of marijuana from a young age, from Aurora, Colo., shooter James Holmes and Tucson, Ariz., shooter Jared Loughner to Chattanooga, Tenn., shooter Mohammad Abdulazeez.

Pelosi writes to Trump on gun control: 'Call Senate in immediately'
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi sent a letter to President Trump Thursday urging him to use his authority to call the Senate into session to vote on a bill expanding background checks for gun purchases.

Texas police union says media 'fanning the flames of discord' over horseback arrest
The Galveston Municipal Police Association defended the actions of two mounted officers that arrested and led a black man with a rope, an image that drew outcry from some in the community.
GMPA president Geoff Gainer slammed the media on Wednesday for its reporting on the story, accusing journalists of "fanning the flames of discord" in a "country is roiled by recent tragic events." The cops' actions were not motivated by racial animus, and the technique used is common practice for mounted cops across the nation, Gainer said.
Officers arrested Donald Neely on charges of criminal trespass over the weekend. At the time of the arrest, no police units were available to transport Neely to jail. The officers escorted him to a mounted unit staging area to wait by tying a rope to his hands and leading him from horseback.

Joaquin Castro (D-TX) went so far as to exclaim, “The manifesto that that guy wrote could have been written by the people that write Trump’s speeches.”
A closer look at the manifesto attributed to shooting suspect Patrick Wood Crusius shows that the author did not have a coherent political viewpoint. While the text contains racist language targeting the Hispanic community, it also evidences hatred toward what the writer labeled “average Americans” and calls for a decrease in the general American population. Missing from much of the news media coverage is that the manifesto promotes far-left policy prescriptions including universal healthcare and a socialist-style “universal income.”

The CDC inspected the military research institute in June and inspectors found several areas of concern in standard operating procedures, which are in place to protect workers in biosafety level 3 and 4 laboratories, spokeswoman Caree Vander Linden confirmed in an email Friday.

A man who was “full of anger” went on a two-hour stabbing and robbery rampage in Southern California, killing four people and wounding two others, authorities said Wednesday.
The 33-year-old Garden Grove man was taken into custody after he came out of a 7-Eleven in Santa Ana, southeast of Los Angeles, and dropped a knife along with a handgun that he had taken from a guard, police said.
The violence appeared to be random and the only known motives seem to be “robbery, hate, homicide,” Garden Grove police Lt. Carl Whitney said at a news conference.
“We know this guy was full of anger and he harmed a lot of people tonight,” he said.
The suspect and all the victims were Hispanic, he added.

US sees another major decline in illegal immigrant arrests at the southern border
The United States in July saw a major decline for the second month in a row in the number of people arrested for illegally crossing the border with Mexico, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
A total of 71,999 people were apprehended by Border Patrol agents after illegally entering the country in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California, CBP announced in a tweet Thursday afternoon.
The Washington Examiner exclusively reported three days earlier that 72,000 people were arrested at the southwest border last month.

The Hollywood Reporter reported on Tuesday that “Universal is re-evaluating its strategy for the certain-to-be-controversial satire" following the shootings after ESPN reportedly pulled a trailer for the film that had been previously cleared to air on the sports network.

An American Hero Killed In Vietnam Comes Home, And An Entire Airport Terminal Stops To Watch
Jackson Proskow, the Washington Bureau Chief for Canada’s Global News and Globe National, chronicled the moment on Twitter:
"I’m at the airport in Dallas, waiting for my flight home to DC from El Paso, and something incredible is happening. Our incoming plane is carrying the remains of an American pilot shot down over Vietnam in 1967. His remains were only recently recovered and identified and brought back to the U.S. As we wait at the gate, we’re told that Captain Knight is coming home to Dallas. When he left from this very airport to fight in Vietnam his 5 year old son came to the airfield and waved goodbye. It was the last time he would see his father alive.
"Today the pilot of the plane bringing Capt. Knight back to Dallas is his son.
"The entire terminal has come to watch this arrival.
"What a privilege it was to witness this moment. For those asking, they announced it over the intercom. The gate agent was very emotional as he told the story over the PA. They handed out American flags to everyone at the gate."
Proskow concluded, “On May 19, 1967, Maj. Roy A. Knight, Jr., USAF, was shot down while attacking a target on the Ho Chi Minh Trail in Laos. He was initially listed as Missing in Action until being declared Killed in Action in 1974. During that time, he was promoted to Colonel. Fifty-two years later, in February, 2019, Col. Knight’s remains were recovered and identified by personnel assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency.”

Louisiana Woman Claims Meth Hidden Inside Her Vagina Is Not Hers
Ashley Beth Rolland, 23, told officers she was not sure where the meth they found stashed in her genitals came from.
The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office said Rolland was accused of stealing approximately $5,000 from a man with whom she had been staying for about a week. The man told West Monroe Police Department that the money was stolen while he was showering.
Rolland admitted to the theft, but, after being searched by a female officer, denied ownership of the meth stashed along with $6,233 found in her vagina. She was arrested for theft and narcotics possession, and is currently being jailed with bail set at $8,000.

Dominican University in California has added a new major, wholly focused on social justice that will begin accepting students in the fall.
The school created the major after a “growing number” of students became interested in social justice careers, according to a university news release. Dominican will be combining courses from its minors entitled “Performing Arts and Social Change” and “Community Action and Social Change” for the major.
Students who major in social justice will have the chance to “examine the links between well-being, social justice, and diverse worldviews.”
Additionally, students will “analyze social injustices and work toward positive social change.”
