12:30 PM - No, 12:04 didn't infer that the police vehicle was at fault. It should have been taken that the driver of vehicle 2 was either tailgating, driving too fast or driving distracted (as in looking at a cellphone, etc.) No driver is responsible for the moving traffic to his or her rear, all other things being equal and legal.
Babs will find a safe space for the officer while she completes the paperwork for them to collect 66 2/3.
Man, it sucks to be them.
I saw that SUV earlier today. Knowing SBYPD they will just leave it like that.
