Black Panthers To “Build Up Army” To Kill Cops In 2015
The former leader of the New Black Panther Party said his group will “build up an army” in the new year to battle with police and said there will be events that are “gonna seem tragic to white America and may even shock our own consciences.”
On Malik Zulu Shabazz’s radio program, he called on his followers to “build up that army. Right now it’s time for us to build up those corps, those troops. It’s time to get strong. It’s time for lifting weights and working out and going to the gun range and all of that.”
Among the things that will “shock” consciences is the murder of police officers, WND.com is reporting.
“Sadly because America won’t do justice to black people, more and more people are going to lose balance and go off, and so we’re going to have funerals. Mike Brown gonna have funerals, Eric Garner in New York,” Shabazz said. “All over the country, we’re having our funerals, but now they must put on their dress blues and have their funerals, too. It’s a helluva day in this hour.”

Breastfeeding Woman, Casino Differ On Why She Was Asked To Leave Property
BERLIN – The story of a Pennsylvania woman who says she was kicked out of the Casino at Ocean Downs for breastfeeding her infant has gone viral.
Proponents of breastfeeding have swamped the Casino at Ocean Downs’ Facebook page with comments in support of Alanna Panas, a Pennsylvania mother who says she was forced to leave the casino lobby because she was breastfeeding her seven-week-old daughter.
“I have the right to breastfeed my child,” Panas said. “I wasn’t disturbing anyone. I wasn’t even in the casino.”
Panas said she has received support from mothers all over the world since several breastfeeding related Facebook groups have shared her story.
According to Panas, after going out to dinner on Jan. 3, she and her family decided to visit the casino. She and her boyfriend went in and left seven-week-old Lilly with Panas’ mother and sister to run some errands. When they returned, Lilly was hungry so Panas went outside to feed her. It was raining, and because their car was full of children’s car seats and her boyfriend had his car keys inside the casino, she took Lilly into the lobby to wait for him.

Malia Obama shows her support for anti-cop rap group
Oh those teenagers. Always trying to do things to shock their parents. In fact it’s a rare teen who doesn’t proclaim beliefs contrary to what her folks are trying to instill.
Obviously 16-year-old Malia Obama is one of those very rare teens. Here she is pictured in a t-shirt supporting an anti-white cop gangsta rap group called Pro Era. Already following in her proud papa’s footsteps.
For those of you not in the know (me included) the lead vocalist of this group, Joey Bada$ was “arrested and charged with assault after punching a security guard in the face when the guard asked to see his credentials before a show in Australia. Bada$ broke the man’s nose in the altercation at the Falls Festival near Byron Bay. He was granted bail and is due back in court in March.”
Here are the fine young men who make up the group.

Calling Out Mayor Jim Ireton And Police Chief Barbara Duncan
Most recently I personally called out the Mayor and Salisbury Chief of Police as they had gone to WMDT to expose a Missing Person, (not the one listed above).
I was pretty upset because as all of you know, WMDT has probably the least amount of traffic and in my opinion it is more important that EVERYONE receive any and all public notices.
Nevertheless, I want Jim and Barbara to see a SAMPLE of just how well Salisbury News works. The other day we published this missing person. It received, (ON SBYNEWS.COM ALONE) almost 76,000 views. It was also SHARED almost 600 times.
Now, I challenge ANY of you, WBOC, WMDT and the Daily Times to show us ANYTHING close to what we deliver. I want our elected officials and our viewers to see for themselves just how effective we are.
Come on now, this wasn't even a child or a popular person. STOP playing politics and accept the FACT that Salisbury News is by far the #1 source for local news and information on the entire Eastern Shore. If ANY of them actually cared about this community they'd put their differences aside for the good of the community.
There's no trickery or lies here, just documented facts. If ANY of you had wondered WHY I have an issue with certain elected officials and department heads, now you know why.

JUST IN: Texas police officer who Tased 76-year-old man fired after investigation
A Victoria police officer who used a Taser on a 76-year-old man has been fired after an investigation.
We first told you about the story and the dash cam video back in December. The video shows Officer Nathanial Robinson, of the Victoria Police Department, arresting Pete Vasquez on Dec. 11 for displaying an expired inspection sticker. But in the process, Robinson suddenly throws Vasquez onto the hood of his police car, then tackles the elderly man to the ground and shoots him with a Taser gun twice.
Vasquez was taken to the hospital, where he was released after a medical evaluation.

Wicomico County: Where Are Total Property Taxes Highest?
If you said "Salisbury" you get no cigar. To be sure, after 15 or so years of Barrie Tilghman and Jim Ireton as mayor and the Day duo (Michael and Jake), Gary Comegys, Mikey Dunn, Louise Smith, Shanie Shields and Laura Mitchell on the city Council, plus 8 years of Rick Pollitt as County Executive and his allies on the Council (Stevie Prettyman, Matt Holloway, John Hall and Sheree Sample-Hughes), the total tax rate has soared in Salisbury, which now ranks fifth highest among the largest towns in Maryland – see the table for details.
But, Fruitland, which has had a double whammy of Rick Pollitt as its town manager before he became County Executive, now has an even higher total tax rate. Only Baltimore City and three towns in Prince George's County have a higher property tax burden than that in Fruitland, which is $1.8686 per $100 of assessed value. That's nearly 2% and beats the total tax rate in Salisbury, $1.7926 in 2014, but not by very much.
These data demonstrate the devastation that's been done by the local Democrat "leadership" in Wicomico County together with the RINO’s named above. And now, Ireton wants a new countywide tax for fire and EMS services in addition to the rain tax he and Jake Day have just inflicted on Salisbury property owners that is not reflected in the above data.

Large Manhunt Underway, Reward Offered After Two NYPD Officers Shot Responding to Robbery Call
A manhunt was underway late Monday night after two plainclothes NYPD officers suffered non-life threatening injures when they were shot in the Bronx while searching for suspects in an armed burglary.
The officers, who were rushed to a local-area hospital, were both in stable condition and expected to survive their injuries. One was shot in his left arm and lower back, the other in his chest.
New York City Police Commissioner William Bratton said during a news conference early Tuesday morning the officers were fired upon after they spotted two robbery suspects near a Chinese restaurant. The officers returned fire, possibly injuring one of the suspects.

Ferguson Lawmaker Sends Racist Tweet About #WhitePrivilege
The nation’s race-hustlers appear to favor hashtag advocacy over a real, substantive discussion concerning race relations in America.
So many of these blatant racists parrot over and over again the #blacklivesmatter mantra and also attempt to silence any white person who objects to this bullying as exerting a supposed “white privilege.”
Recently, a Democrat Missouri State Senator, Maria Chappelle-Nadal, tweeted her racist vitriol and asserted:

Cops again turn their backs on de Blasio at NYPD officer’s funeral
Thousands of NYPD cops turned their backs on Mayor de Blasio on Sunday outside a Brooklyn funeral home as he eulogized a murdered NYPD officer inside.
As de Blasio addressed the loved ones of Detective Wenjian Liu in the Aievoli Funeral Home in Bensonhurst, the sea of blue watching the funeral on huge TV screens outside showed their disgust for Hizzoner by turning around as he spoke.
Cops have been furious with de Blasio mainly since the grand-jury rulings involving the deaths of Staten Island dad Eric Garner and Missouri teen Michael Brown, two unarmed black men who died during confrontations with white cops. Neither cop was criminally charged.

Man arrested after knocking out Wayne County Sheriff's deputy at Frank Murphy Hall of Justice
DETROIT (WXYZ) - A Westland man is under arrest after he allegedly knocked out a Wayne County Sheriff's Deputy while entering Frank Murphy Hall of Justice Friday morning.
Officials say Deandre Wilson, 29, was asked to remove his coat as he went through the metal detector. After putting his coat back on, Sheriff Benny Napoleon says Wilson turned and hit Deputy Crystal Dominguez in the head.
The hit knocked Dominguez out and she did not regain consciousness until she was taken to Detroit Receiving Hospital.
Wilson was quickly taken into custody by other deputies on duty at Frank Murphy. He had been entering the courthouse with a social worker for a hearing in another case in which he's accused of assaulting a police officer in Taylor.
Wilson was free on a bond that had been set at $5,000/10%.

How Sharpton gets paid to not cry ‘racism’ at corporations
Want to influence a casino bid? Polish your corporate image? Not be labeled a racist?
Then you need to pay Al Sharpton.
For more than a decade, corporations have shelled out thousands of dollars in donations and consulting fees to Sharpton’s National Action Network. What they get in return is the reverend’s supposed sway in the black community or, more often, his silence.
Sony Pictures co-chair Amy Pascal met with the activist preacher after leaked e-mails showed her making racially charged comments about President Obama. Pascal was under siege after a suspected North Korean cyber attack pressured the studio to cancel its release of “The Interview,” which depicts the assassination of dictator Kim Jong-un.
Pascal and her team were said to be “shaking in their boots” and “afraid of the Rev,” The Post reported.
No payments to NAN have been announced, but Sharpton and Pascal agreed to form a “working group” to focus on racial bias in Hollywood.

Hillary Clinton Resigns as Wife of Bill Clinton in Preparation of 2016
<National Report> WASHINGTON, DC – It’s the most substantial move Hillary Clinton has made toward her bid for presidency in 2016; the US Secretary of State and former first lady resigns from her husband and 42nd President of the United States, Bill Clinton. The pair have been married since 1975, and it’s no secret that their marriage has faced some severe challenges over the years.
Reportedly, Hillary filed divorce papers with the Westchester County, NY Clerks Office on January 2, 2015. The reason Hillary used was “irreconcilable differences”; even penning on the forms that she requests the decree go uncontested. There has been no confirmation that Bill has received his copy of the divorce to sign.
“Being divorced from the Monica Lewinsky-White House scandal mogul should clear the way for Hillary to assemble a bullet-proof campaign,” says a staff member from the White House. “Why not have our first female President in the White House also be independent? If Bill were here again, we’re not sure what we’d call him anyway.”

But up until Oct. 1, flying by these crews as they rescue the broken down and abandoned on the side of the road wasn't illegal.
It's something that hits the Schrieber family every day.
Jenna Schrieber's husband, James, a tow truck driver, had just one tire left to hook up when a driver crashed into him, throwing him into his 50 ton wrecker on the side of Route 100.

A Letter To The Editor: Salisbury FD Personnel
Joe,
I wanted to report to you a very frustrating incident this afternoon. I was on my way home from church and noticed a vehicle tailgating me down Church Street from Old Ocean City Road all the way to Naylor Street. I made a right on Naylor Street and he followed me down Naylor to Station 2 where he turned in. They were leaving on a call. I pulled in across the road to talk to him but I realized they had a call.
There are a couple of things here that really frustrated me. First, he was on his cell phone the WHOLE time. Second, I had my family in the car. Third, what if some kid had run out in the road and I had to stop quickly? He would have rear ended me, possibly injuring my family and possibly injuring or killing the person I was stopping for had momentum pushed me into them. Fourth, he should have had his emergency flashers on for safety.
This happened once before at night, when a pickup truck passed me, on Naylor Street, at an extremely high rate of speed, again, endangering my family and the life of anyone out on the street. At least this vehicle had its flashers on, but was still travelling way to fast for conditions.
I called the Fire Chief that time but of course never got a call back. This time, I'm not going to bother. I was also a volunteer firefighter in another state at one time. As volunteers, we were allowed to respond with a dash mount red light, but, WERE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW ALL TRAFFIC LAWS. I guess that doesn't apply here until somebody gets seriously injured or killed.
I'm not bothering with phone calls this time. I do think the traffic laws should be reiterated to these guys.

Maryland Public School Takes 11-Yr-Olds to Hear Louis Farrakhan Call Whites ‘Crackers,’ and Say He Will ‘Tear This GD Country Up!
A public school in Maryland thought it was a good idea to expose 11-year-old kids to the hate, anti-semitism, anti-Americanism, and violence of Louis Farrakhan by taking them to see him give one of his hatemongering speeches.
In the speech Farrakhan called all whites “crackers” and promised that he and his “Muslim” acolytes would “tear this goddamn country up” in race riots.
According to EAG News, Farrakhan’s Nov. 22 speech was the keynote of an event at historically black Morgan State University that focused on fostering grievances with the theme “Re-Claim, Re-Pair, Re-Form, Re-Produce, – REPARATIONS NOW!”
Coming after months of national protests over the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., Farrakhan’s words were – as always – calculated to inflame audience, including about 40 students from Baltimore’s Booker T. Washington Middle School.
A school administrator told EAG News the program was aimed at reaching young people to “help develop them to become our future.”
Remember, this is a public school! This is the kind of hate our schools are teaching our kids, folks.

Eating Almonds Reduces Belly Fat: Penn State Study
Put down that muffin and grab a handful of almonds, if you want to lose weight. That’s the latest word from Penn State researchers who found eating 1.5 ounces of almonds daily instead of a high-carb snack reduces belly fat — known scientifically as central adiposity — and cuts a number of heart disease risk factors.
The study, published in the Journal of the American Heart Association, found study participants who ate almonds as part of a healthy diet posted significant improvements in their LDL and total cholesterol levels, in addition to losing abdominal fat.
Although heart disease remains the number one cause of death in the United States and worldwide, it is estimated that at least 80% of premature deaths from cardiovascular disease can be avoided if diet and lifestyle risk factors are controlled.

Hillary ‘furious’ over Bill’s ‘part’ in latest sex scandal
Hillary Clinton is “furious” at husband Bill Clinton, according to Washington insiders, after his name came up in the latest sex scandal involving his disgraced former pal Jeffrey Epstein.
Sources at the funeral of Mario Cuomo also said they saw a peevish-looking Hillary angrily “storm” past the former president after he dutifully waited for her by the door of St. Ignatius Loyola Church.
“Talk in Washington is that Hillary is furious with Bill about all this new information on Jeffrey Epstein,” said a DC insider familiar with both Epstein and the Clintons.
Bill’s name has popped up in 2011 court documents relating to Epstein after a woman said to be Virginia Roberts filed a bombshell suit alleging she was Epstein’s teen “sex slave” and paid $15,000 to bed Epstein’s pal, Britain’s Prince Andrew.

Dish Has Lost 90,000 Subs from Fox News Blackout
Tim Carry says Dish’s disconnect from Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network has been a costly one for the No. 2 DBS provider.
Carry, executive vice president of distribution for FNC and FBN, estimated that Dish has lost some 90,000 subscribers since the channels were removed from the provider's 14 million subscribers late on Dec. 20.
He based the total on the number of viewers that have reached out to the www.keepfoxnews.com website and 888-numbers, and others that have contacted Dish directly.

7 Ways Liberals Are Just As Bad As The People They Hate Most
“Words mean nothing to liberals. They say whatever will help advance their cause at the moment, switch talking points in a heartbeat, and then act indignant if anyone uses the exact same argument they were using five minutes ago.” — Ann Coulter
“It isn’t so much that liberals are ignorant. It’s just that they know so many things that aren’t so.” -- Ronald Reagan
Liberals are the mirror image of everything they claim to hate. Their hypocrisy knows no bounds, their ability to unflinchingly examine their own beliefs is practically non-existent and they are almost incapable of objectively examining the policies they advocate. The more fully people become engulfed by liberalism, the more they embrace political correctness, groupthink, and close-mindedness until their thought process becomes little more than simplistic tribalism.
Liberalism is good, just, and best because it’s liberalism. Conservatism is bad, unjust, and worse because it’s conservatism. End of story.
Seldom do liberals realize that they advocate positions that are just as morally repulsive as the grotesque positions they habitually (and usually incorrectly) attribute to people who disagree with them.
Want some examples?

Judge slams Christian florist with personal liability
A judge in Washington state has slammed the grandmother who owns and operates Arlene’s Flowers with personal liability should she lose any of the lawsuits pending against her for adhering to her religious convictions and declining to celebrate and decorate for same-sex ceremonies.
The case against Barronelle Stutzman began when Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson sued the Richland, Washington, grandmother for operating her business according to the dictates of her Christian faith.
The issue is that in Washington, officials believe the state’s statutory protections for homosexuals trump the Constitution’s protection of religious liberty.

LABOR-PARTICIPATION RATE LOWEST IN 38 YEARS
NEW YORK – While President Obama plans in his upcoming State of the Union address to tout 5.6 percent unemployment in December as another sign of a “recovery” generated by his economic policies, a record 92.9 million Americans are no longer in the labor force, as the labor participation rate hit a new 38-year low last month, at 62.7 percent.
Adjusting the BLS unemployment number to report what is known as “U-6” – a measure that includes total unemployed plus all persons marginally attached to the labor force plus total part-time employed for economic reasons – unemployment in April was 11.2 percent.
Economist John Williams, editor of ShadowStats.com, a website known for arguing the government reports are manipulated for political purposes, has calculated that the “real unemployment rate” – taking into consideration those who have dropped out of the labor force because of lack of work – has remained above 23 percent since April 2013.

Right After A Teacher Humiliated This Girl, She Gave Him A Lesson He’ll Never Forget
From the look of the video it may seen like the student did something wrong. Once you translate the conversation you quickly realize the teacher is just mean.
Teacher: “Very well. Tell me… what lesson are we having today? What lesson did you come to? What lesson are we having today? Which?
Girl whispers: “English.”
Teacher: “English! Very good. And in the English language, are there any pronouns? Yes, there are. Tell me please, what is this?”

Obama Encourages Poor Work Ethic with ‘Depend on Government’ Attitude
A few days ago my wife and I were on a trip. It was early morning, and we stopped at a well-known fast food chain to get breakfast. We pulled up to the drive through only to be greeted by a surly, unhelpful voice that seemed to be irritated and bothered by customers who help pay her salary.
Now I'll admit that working the pre-dawn hours at a fast food window is not my idea of the ideal job, but if it happens to be the only one you have at the time, shouldn't you do it to the best of your ability in hopes that the powers that be will notice your attitude and move you on up the ladder when there is an opening available?
There is an attitude amongst a significant segment of American society that the reason the “haves,” have, and the “have nots,” have not, is an inequitable social system, whereby some people get all the perks and some people get none. It is their belief that the ones who succeed do so on the backs of those floundering around at the bottom of the economic ladder.

Egyptian president calls for 'revolution' in Islam
CAIRO (AP) - Egypt's president opened the new year with a dramatic call for a "revolution" in Islam to reform interpretations of the faith entrenched for hundreds of years, which he said have made the Muslim world a source of "destruction" and pitted it against the rest of the world.
The speech was Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi's boldest effort yet to position himself as a modernizer of Islam. His professed goal is to purge the religion of extremist ideas of intolerance and violence that fuel groups like al-Qaida and the Islamic State - and that appear to have motivated Wednesday's attack in Paris on a French satirical newspaper that killed 12 people.
But those looking for the "Muslim Martin Luther" bringing a radical Reformation of Islam may be overreaching - and making a false comparison to begin with. El-Sissi is clearly seeking to impose change through the state, using government religious institutions like the 1,000-year-old al-Azhar, one of the most eminent centers of Sunni Muslim thought and teaching.

Honda fined $70M for not reporting death, injury complaints
WASHINGTON (AP) - The Obama administration said Thursday it is fining Honda $70 million - the largest civil penalty levied against an automaker - for not reporting to regulators some 1,729 complaints that its vehicles caused deaths and injuries, and for not reporting warranty claims.
The Japanese automaker acknowledged in November that it failed to report the death and injury complaints to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration over an 11-year period beginning in 2003. The company admitted it learned of the omissions in 2011 but had waited three years to take action.
Honda also failed to report certain warranty claims and claims under customer satisfaction campaigns throughout the same period, federal officials said. The safety administration is imposing twin fines: $35 million for not reporting the death and injury complaints, and another $35 million for not reporting the warranty and customer satisfaction claims. Both fines are the maximums the agency is legally allowed to impose.

ACLU: Charters are resegregating Delaware schools
In a complaint filed Dec. 3 with the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights, the ACLU Delaware says the state of Delaware and the Red Clay Consolidated School District have allowed a segregated system to persist through charter school admission policies.
“When high performing charter schools (or vo-tech and magnet schools) admit a disproportionate number of higher-income white students with no disabilities, the local community public schools are left with the difficult and costly task of educating the students most challenged by poverty or special education needs,” said Kathleen MacRea, executive director of ACLU Delaware. “This system just about assures that schools in poor urban and poor rural areas will fail, and our children will suffer. The whole State of Delaware is worse off as a result.”

DE BLASIO BARRED FROM HANDLING GROUNDHOG AFTER KILLING LAST YEAR’S ANIMAL
After the disastrous Groundhog Day ceremony last year when New York Mayor Bill de Blasio dropped and killed the animal, Staten Island Zoo officials say they will not ask the mayor to handle this year’s groundhog.
Scandals and controversies ensued following last year’s debacle. First, the groundhog presented to the city as “Chuck” was really “Charlotte.” Worse, zoo officials seem to have tried to cover up that the animal died after Mayor de Blasio dropped it during the Groundhog Day ceremony.
According to reports in September of last year, the groundhog that de Blasio dropped died of the internal injuries that resulted from the fall, but zoo officials tried to avoid telling the Mayor’s office about the death.

Casino ejects nursing mom, invites wrath of Facebook
Two family members, armed with a bottle of pre-pumped milk, wanted to give new parents Alanna Panas and Chris Turnbull a break from 7-week old Lillian, and offered to take her on some errands while the couple relaxed a little at the Casino at Ocean Downs.
Lillian was hungrier than that. She drank the bottle and soon demanded more.
Panas said relatives brought the baby back to the casino, located her, but were unable to provide space in the already-crowded car for nursing. Thinking the family truck would be more comfortable; Panas said she realized Turnbull, still inside, had the keys.
So she walked back into the foyer of the casino to find Turnbull, but was stopped by security guards because the baby was not 21, and therefore could not be on the gaming floor. Panas said she returned to the enclosed lobby area with the child without incident, until Lillian reminded her she was still hungry.

There's An Awful Side To The Jobs Report
The economy is sick.
We just got what was ostensibly a great jobs report: The economy added 252,000 jobs, and unemployment fell to 5.6%. We're moving toward normal.
EXCEPT:
Wages are not growing. In fact, average hourly earnings were down 5 cents in December, to $24.57.
Economic theory would have it that as the economy grows and the labor market gets tighter, increasing competition among employers would require them to raise the pay of their employees to recruit new ones and keep the old ones.
That's just not happening.
Wages fell by 0.2% in December. It's hard to ascribe too much importance to one month's data point, but the fact is that wages have been more or less flat since they stopped falling after the recession. Let's look at that chart from Nick Bunker again:

WUA - BATTLESHIP
During the 3-1/2 years of World War 2 that started with the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor in December 1941and ended with the Surrender of Germany and Japan in 1945, "We the People of the U.S.A." produced the following:
22 aircraft carriers,
8 battleships,
48 cruisers,
349 destroyers,
420 destroyer escorts,
203 submarines,
34 million tons of merchant ships,
100,000 fighter aircraft,
98,000 bombers,
24,000 transport aircraft,
58,000 training aircraft,
93,000 tanks,
257,000 artillery pieces,
105,000 mortars,
3,000,000 machine guns, and
2,500,000 military trucks.
We put 16.1 million men in uniform in the various armed services, invaded Africa, invaded Sicily and Italy, won the battle for the Atlantic, planned and executed D-Day, marched across the Pacific and Europe, developed the atomic bomb, and ultimately conquered Japan and Germany.
It's worth noting, that during the almost exact amount of time, the Obama Administration couldn't even build a web site that worked.

Creating DRINK COASTERS for the local bars is once again showing favoritism towards all of Jimmy's buddies who own Bars Downtown. Not only do people almost immediately forget what's printed on a coaster, they're providing a limo service that never gets used.
Jimmy, let me give you a little help in this department. Go to Salisbury University and buy an ad in their paper. After all, SU, (should this trolley ever become successful) Students will be your largest volume of customers. You may want to see if you can get on their news program as well and market it to the Students.
If you continue to show favoritism towards your drinking buddies, (like this stupid coaster idea) we're going to call you out. I also don't know who you used as a printer but they did a very crappy job with very cheap ink. Isn't that SU colors? I know for a fact that it's REDSKINS colors. Well, at least it's not all the colors of a rainbow anyway.

Eric's Downtown Barber Shop Now Has 3 Barbers
It is so awesome to watch a small business grow. Of course good advertising doesn't hurt but let me assure you, this guy Eric has earned his success. Keep up the good work Eric.
Pines Plaza threatened with lien
The sale of the Pines Plaza Commercial Center on Cathell Road early last year was contingent on lowering the number of allocated Equivalent Dwelling Units, which are used to gauge sewer capacity.
The original allocation for the Pines Plaza and neighboring commercial properties was 110 but increased to 125 with the assimilation of the final properties in the area connected to the system.
To sell the property, the number of allocated EDUs was reduced to 64, reflecting the maximum allocation for the property at full capacity. In a letter dated 12/1/2014 and signed by Bob Waugh, vice president and chief operating officer of Pines Plaza Associates LLC, Waugh requests the number of EDUs be reduced to reflect actual usage — 24, plus an additional unit to cover possible expansion at the Dollar General Store.

Barbara Boxer shocks DC: She won't run for re-election in 2016
California Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer of California said Thursday in a YouTube video that she won't run for re-election in 2016, sparking immediate discussions about an arms race among Golden State liberals to succeed her.
A fearless backer of abortion rights, gun control and environmental regulation, Boxer boasted that 'I have about a thousand accomplishments'
First elected to Congress in 1983 and sent to the Senate ten years later, the 74-year-old Boxer told supporters in the brief video that she doesn't feel old.
'I feel as young as I did when I got elected,' Boxer claimed.
But she would have been 82 if she had won and completed a fifth consecutive Senate term.
