Perhaps he is thinking that she is protesting police force in general and has the ability to see someone for their profession rather than the color of their skin?
The whole thing is about how this 'woke white' female who is out there protesting for BLM is telling the black gentleman "Eff YOU!" to his face even though she is supposedly out there protesting for black people. No one sees the irony in this photo?
