BREAKING NEWS: LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST OCEAN CITY POLICE OFFICER
Taylor Cimorosi, the young man who was put in a choke hols and punched by an OC Police Officer has filed 1st degree and 2nd degree assault and surgery charged against Officer Frank Wrench. Taylor asked for a simple apology, OC refused and charges were filed. More to come.

They should have charged the cop with 20 different crimes like they do to everyone else that gets into a scuffle.
Video has been on social media, even here I think. Kid was mouthing off while his friend was arrested and said something the cop did not like. So cop goes to arrest him and he resists. Kid got what he deserved.
The cop will win. Go to court and bankrupt the entire punks family. Typical punk. Runs his mouth then gets his ass beat. Runs to a lawyer. Real tough guy.

I'm usually on the side of police,but Officer Wrench was wrong. He should have apologized and saved us all the $$$$$. I will say that I understand how frustrating it is being called every name in the book,but he lost control and needs to admit it. I assume his attorney is telling him not to say anything.

There are no criminal charges pending against the police officer according to case search.

No charges were filed. Cimorosi is formally asking for charges to be filed is all.
and I think you mean perjury and not surgery because one of the requests for charges is perjury.
I hope the kid wins. He was sitting on the bench and the cop lost his cool and marched over choked him as he was still sitting on the bench and then punched him. It does not matter if the kid was mouthing off should not strike him while sitting down. Protected dirty cop.

Here is the thing, the male should not have said those things...moving on from that, he did NOTHING illegal. He is permitted under our first amendment rights to freedom of speech. Just like all of you calling him a punk has a right to do. No better or worse then this male. You are expressing your dislike just like he did. You calling him a punk warrants a punch in the face and to he choked? A little excessive right? He never threaten the cop or moved from the bench. The arrest was illegal because no law was broken. The excessive force was over the top and needs to addressed. Makes you wonder if that cops flies off the handle to his family like this when he doesn’t like what he hears!!
