'We make tacos, not war': Food truck owner apologizes for apologizing for serving ICE employees

Lloyd Taco found itself in political crossfire after they served food to some workers who work for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The Buffalo-based food truck initially apologized for serving the ICE workers before a larger backlash on social media of over 4,000 comments on Facebook and Twitter slamming their decision, according to co-founder Pete Cimino.

"Chris and I want to fully and sincerely apologize for our past statement after our truck’s visit to the federal detention facility in Batavia last week. Our statement was hastily made, and we reacted too quickly to criticism we received for that visit," Cimino said in a statement Monday at a press conference.
