Incident: Possession of Crack Cocaine
Date of Incident: 13 August 2019
Location: 200 block of Silver Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Sandy L. West, 47, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 12 August 2019 at 11:00 PM, a deputy responded to the report of a suspicious subject sleeping in a vehicle in the 200 block of Silver Street. Upon arrival, the deputy located Sandy West asleep in the vehicle with an unopened beer bottle in her lap. The deputy observed several empty beer bottles in the vehicle along with drug paraphernalia.
A search of the vehicle revealed crack cocaine and a smoking device.
The deputy placed West under arrest and transported her to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released West on Personal Recognizance.

Location: N. Salisbury Boulevard at Homer Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Kenneth E. Niblett Jr., 43, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 13 August 2019 at 1:08 AM, a deputy stopped a vehicle driven by Kenneth Niblett for both a moving violation and an equipment violation. Upon approach to the Niblett, the deputy observed a baggie that held what was recognized as crack cocaine, partially shoved into Niblett’s sock. Further search of Niblett revealed a smoking device hidden in his shoe.    **SBYNEWS**
The deputy placed Niblett under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Niblett on Personal Recognizance.

Two locals who just can't seem to get their lives together, with one bad mistake after another for years. It's only a matter of time before they become wards of the state or daisy pushers.

Do the commissioners clean the windshield, check the oil and tire pressure before waving the arrestees back into traffic?

Niblett was just arrested 2 weeks ago and released. Attention drug dealer your going soon he is building a case
