Date of Incident: July 17th, 2019

Arrested: Lyndon Fitzgerald Smith (54 years of age)

Narrative: On July 17th, 2019 at approximately 10:40 PM, Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from a female who advised that her husband, Lyndon Smith, fired several shots at her inside of their residence. The victim was able to escape unharmed, where she hid behind a car and called 911. Deputies arrived and were able to move the victim to safety. Deputies learned that Smith had been drinking alcoholic beverages during the afternoon and into the night. Smith had been arguing with the victim off and on into the night prior to shots being fired.
