Laurel– Joseph A. Beck, 32 of Laurel has been extradited back to Delaware, where he has been charged and arraigned.
On April 4, 2019, Beck was extradited back to Delaware from Stafford County Virginia, and charged with the following:
- Murder First Degree
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
- Abuse of Corpse
Beck was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $2,062,000.00 cash only bond.

Are people ever extradited somewhere else than back?
I think there is more to this story that we may never know. Some things just don't make sense.
Thank God catching some of the bad asses good news Joe. We need more headlines like these. Now if we could get the SPD to re-post the Calls for Service we had, and the List of Foreclosures and WORST LANDLORDS IN SALISBURY. We could actually clean up this area and most important send our Mayor Fake Jake to the border. Dreaming I know, one can always hope but with Joe all is possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!
